$ACAD I was in ACAD before primi approval ($1.70 SP) and they needed to do the same, to adjust dosis and redesign P3. This is a very different situation because now company have two good products and EU approval in the horizon. Not sure if SP is going to colapse tosay, but if it does, I will double my position

$ACAD do your own dd but just saying in a diversified biotech portfolio I would add a reasonable amount of this at 19.80 or better. ~9pe. Less than 3x Rev to market cap. Around 25% of market cap is cash on hand. HELLO is this a bargain or am I crazy?

$ACAD if this gets in the 20s I might double down it's looking like a good buy here but could be a great buy soon! In my opinion

$ACAD so the primary endpoint had to be below 5%, they got six but on the secondary endpoint which is severity they had statistically better control. May be enough to get an offer from Big pharma. 40 bones pt

$ACAD we have patent protection far beyond the 7 year standard to me the alzheimers trial has a 70/30 to make it to market. It is also the replacement for nuplazid down the road. 35-40 could be a bid to buy the company

$ACAD Acadia's remlifanserin Phase 2 (RADIANT) in Alzheimer's psychosis is the classic biotech near-miss. Primary endpoint, 60mg once daily: -12.6 vs -10.4 placebo at week 6 on the SAPS-H+D scale. p=0.0603. Missed by a hair. Key secondary (CGI-S-ADP): -1.3 vs -0.9 placebo, p=0.0077 nominal. Hit. The 30mg dose did basically nothing vs placebo. Safety was clean, no QT signal, no cognition or motor hit. Acadia is keeping the two ongoing Phase 3 studies enrolled and cutting the 30mg arm. Stock closed -12.8% at $22.18. On both efficacy measures, the 60mg-vs-placebo gap kept widening through week 6. That is what the Phase 3 bet rests on.

$ACAD Im one of the many bag holders here n I wish the Bakers would force a sale at this point. Beginning to think that it is time that they seriously consider packing it up n moving on. How long have they n others been here? It's been almost 11 yrs since Pima was approved n they were not able to get a single additional indication. They have continued to shoot in the dark in the hopes of hitting something n it is not getting them anywhere. This company desperately needs a sucessful trial. N by sucessful, I mean hit it out the park data.

$ACAD added more today in 19.30s up to 1% of my account definitely going to keep adding if this goes to the 17 or below range. Maybe I'm wrong but looks like free money.

$ACAD this was a classical WS crooks play.. raised all kinds of price targets.. drove it up, got backdoor trial results data.. dumped before retail knew about it .. now as they start buying back and rebuild their position..so called analysts are back with their BS targets again!

$ACAD I think we go back below 20 this week 16 possibly. So if your not ok with that invest elsewhere

$ACAD the first words out of there mouths today or whenever the call happens is we adjusting the P3 to appropriately power it. Or something. They made a .40 assumption and we just saw .26. That’s not an insignificant delta.

RBC Capital reiterated an Outperform rating and $37 price target on ACADIA Pharmaceuticals, arguing that the company’s established commercial franchise is trading at an unjustifiably large discount. RBC also said recent patent developments further reduce long-term revenue risk for Nuplazid. The call comes after ACAD shares were heavily oversold following the Sept. 24 announcement that experimental Alzheimer’s psychosis drug remlifanserin narrowly missed the primary endpoint in the Phase 2 RADIANT trial. The stock fell sharply again on Sept. 25 as several analysts cut price targets, while a securities litigation firm launched an investigation into the company’s communications surrounding the trial. Despite the setbacks, most analysts maintain Buy-equivalent ratings, with consensus targets implying substantial upside. A broader risk-on market, with the Nasdaq and S&P 500 higher, is also supporting beaten-down biotech stocks. $ACAD

$ACAD looking like this scenario was baked into the share price and thus the very muted price action over the last few week.

$ACAD Looks like old direction designed P2 not so well because the high placebo and the 30 mg arm and Catherine is going to fix it.

$ACAD Where would we be if it was a total failure and we didn’t generate almost a billion in revenue? 🤮🤬
