$AIFC Dec, 31 is the end of the contract for the placement agent they are using to try to find investors to buy their biotech. If the agent doesn't want to lose their commission we should hear about it's sale soon. Otherwise I see AIFC putting their biotech to auction in Jan, selling it cheep probably around $80M or so.

$AIFC The question is how is the Witkoff Group going to buy the biotech and what if World Liberty Financial is one of their investors in the transaction. We could see a biotech buyout in cash, WLFI tokens and stock options. Say like $30M in cash, $30M in tokens and $15M in stock. Just sayin.
