Since July, roles have included Maintenance Planning Specialist, Plant Manager, REE Commercial leadership, Research Technologist and Research Scientist—covering commissioning, operational readiness, startup, ramp-up and commercialization. SRC says the facility was substantially completed in Sept., with commissioning targeted for late 2026 and production expected in 2027. Not proof of production yet, but the staffing pattern is notable. 👀
