$AMTX Aemetis (Nasdaq: AMTX) The Section 45Z tax credits were generated from ethanol and renewable natural gas (RNG) production in 2026 and represent a tax credit value of approximately $0.33 per gallon of ethanol and $62 per MMBtu of RNG, before sale discounts and transaction costs Before 8 September DOE update, Aemetis was selling RNG at ~$15 per MMBTU at a -42CI. Now it is selling at ~$62 per MMBTU at an implied, from my calculation, -315CI. (Retroactive since 1/1/2026). It will have a big impact on Aemetis income statement and I guess that we will be back to profitability / positive net income in IIIQ 2026 (probably to be reported in November 2026). Other tickers involved by DOE September updated: $GEVO $OPAL $CLNE

$AMTX I think we're all frustrated, and honestly the same bearish takes over and over have gotten boring and tiresome. Let's all wait for the upcoming conference call, because that's what will really tell us what's on the forecast and what's happening. Quarterly revenue does show an uptrend, which is encouraging, but what we need now is refinancing news and a tangible plan moving forward. I've been in constant contact with Eric, and I'm keeping my eyes focused on the conference call. Let's see what the numbers and the plan say.

$AMTX Just what we needed, the share price usually goes up a few percentage as soon as Matty posts… Good luck longs, looking forward to 2027, back to $2.00, watching Matty search for his $1.00 target, Eric meeting one of his timelines, Goldilocks, catalyst(s) hitting, 45z credits, manure scoring updates, miracle(s), Eric buying a share, short squeezes, and beyond.

$AMTX right, so newely calculated 45Z are in play. thats great news. the company has to maintain some momentum now. lets get some digester news (2 new builds and pathways) and some news on refinance. theres a way to go with this, but we just turned a substantial corner. thank the good lord for those civil servants getting the calculations over the line.

$AMTX Great, now expand the friggin digesters. Right now, we're above the $100 mark per mmbtu just for RNG revenue (45z, LCFS, D3 RIN, gas molecule). Now that Aemetis does have clarity about the 45z production tax credits, refinancing should be a lot easier. Also, there are 9.2 million shares sold short as of September 15th. Good luck with that! Inflection point is here

$AMTX 0.33 per gallon before transaction costs is roughly what they were getting for H1 2026 already. The change here is the RNG which looks to be about 50/mmbtu after transaction costs. 500k mmbtu -> 25million per year As opposed to the roughly 15 dollar per mmbtu they were getting. So looks like gross profit for 2026 but still net loss due to sky high interest. Refinancing that debt is key

$AMTX Has anyone noticed the price of Ethanol, we are at a three year high. Maybe the bill Newsom signed on Saturday helped? Asking for a friend…

$AMTX I get it, hardly anybody is interested in this company. ... until Aemetis announces its net positive Q3 report. The market didn't really understand the news regarding the 45z updated$62 per mmbtu RNG. This alone increases revenue about $7 million per quarter (150.000 mmbtu x ($62-$15,2/mmbtu)). Of course, that's not enough to offset interest payments. Higher ethanol price in Cali, lower gas price more than offset an increased corn price; it's fair to assume better margins from Keyes. $10+ / lcfs credit adds pure revenue, too. In the upcoming earnings report a TRUE UP should be announced for q1 and q2, because they booked and monetized the RNG 45z revenues at the old rates of $15.2 / mmbtu. The monetized updated 45z revenues from 09/28 include the H1 RNG production. Even after deducting the transaction costs and taking the 45z revenue for ethanol production into account, there will be a nice surprise waiting for those who think this company is done.

$AMTX based on purely historic data pattern, AMTX roughly goes to 3$ (pump) every 6 month from the lows (1.5$-2$)… last 3$ touch and go was in May so we are kind of due for that pump… I’m just going to build the position (parking money here) for that on my trading/swing account as well. Added like 30k shares today… Seems safer as well a bit with election volatility coming to broader market.

$AMTX who said this was a pivot? Is a company not allowed to add value and add on other business lines if available and reasonable? Is this not a small train car sized (multiple if needed) type footprint? If the company came out tomorrow and cured cancer and secured world peace some of you blokes would still complain and ask manipulative questions clearly directed at getting people to sell. Why? Why did they not build an ethanol plant in India and at riverbank? I do not know, but hindsight is 20/20 Is everyone pleased with where the company is at including Eric? No. Of course things could have been done better that is life and some of you talk a big game, feel free to start your own company and eats Eric’s lunch…I’ll wait 🍿

$AMTX A $31 million loss is not “prudent accounting.” You sound so desperate. It is just another loss. Aemetis has lost $77 million in 2025, $87.5 million in 2024, and tens of millions every year for over years. I say again it has never been profitable in its roughly 20-year existence. You are pinning everything on Eric McAfee, who settled an SEC cease-and-desist over Verdisys for misleading disclosures. That included selling resume-screening software for health care executives while representing it as oil-field monitoring software. The company has paid Third Eye Capital an estimated $400–600 million since around 2012 in principal, interest, fees, and extensions, and still carries roughly half a billion in debt!!!! Calling that setup prudent while the company keeps losing money is not analysis. It is extreme bag holding. If bag holding was an Olympic sport you would be a Gold Medalist. I say that prudently 😭😭😭
