$AMZE With a 20M Float this could get interesting. Ususally when stock hit OTC they're already in the 500M to over 1B shares so dropping low under .001 is nothing but for a stock like this going too low is going to get eaten up. Let's see what happens.

$AMZE after seeing a total of $13 spent on shares this morning, I had to re-read the dilution news one more time. So they are trying to sell 100 million dollars worth of shares at a discount to VWAP. I about spit my coffee. This had to be the number 1 worst ran company I have ever invested in. How do you discount a penny? If they raise 500 bucks, I’d be surprised. Only hope they have is to completely cancel the equity funding, admit they made a mistake, announce no deal with anyone and try to move forward with what they have.

$AMZE so shorts can attack it to get it below .10 real quick on favorable news and trigger a Section 1003(f)(v) suspension to try and delist it to cover them from loosing tons of money from the stock price rising on their short positions. Glad the SEC is looking into this shorting corruption. It’s gotta stop. You really can’t put anything past the shorts. They are all scumbags in my opinion.
