$ANVS more reading on NFL protein if interested. The number of patients with NFL response when they phase 3 data is released, is much higher than all other studies combined. There will be a great deal of interest in these NFL levels. Not just to approve the drug. It will validate the value of using NFL protein as a surrogate marker for clinical response and disease modification. It will change the way FDA evaluate drugs for approval. Improvement in NFL protein levels is the path for early FDA approval. The stock price tomorrow has nothing to do with what it will be in a year. The reason for this is a few possibilities. However, the most likely response is the value of computer program trading across multiple hedge funds. A lot of these trades have six digits after the decimal point. I am sure this is not amusing to many. However, it is a once in a lifetime opportunity to make a huge amount of money. Study the science. It is not difficult to understand how this ends in my opinion.

$ANVS At this stage it's Cash and the Results. I think the trial is setup nicely, very nicely in fact, and I think personally we have a better than average chance at success for symptomatic relief with the trial setup. The cash situation remains tense.

$ANVS It never ceases to amaze me how many "experts" pop out of the woodwork (it's an old saying 😂) when a stock is beat to hell by short sellers, hedge funds, algorithmic trading, etc. "Oh, the CEO should have done this and that and the other thing cause I know so much more than they, and everything they do is a mistake!" Blah, blah, blah... Micro bios are major event driven. ANVS is not to blame that roughly every company attempting greatness in the dementia space has failed, and it is assumed they will fail, too! The MoA here is unique, appears to work in confirmed AD patients, and makes complete sense. From current levels, IF the results of the P3 symptomatic trail are positive and announced in mid-March, the gains will be enormous! And if the same is true the following March (2028) for AD disease modification, the likelihood of a multi-$100 stock is very real! It's not my call if the risk is suited for you, but I'm still accumulating...

$ANVS Where things stand now The ongoing Phase 3 Alzheimer's trial has completed enrollment with 862 biomarker-confirmed patients, exceeding the original enrollment target. A safety review by an independent monitoring board found no safety concerns and recommended the trial continue without changes. According to the company, top-line Phase 3 symptomatic efficacy data are expected after database lock and analysis, with results planned for release in 2027. Bottom line: The early results are encouraging because buntanetap showed cognitive improvement in a subgroup of Alzheimer's patients and reduced several disease-related biomarkers while appearing safe. However, it remains an investigational drug, and the ongoing Phase 3 trial must confirm these benefits before it can be considered for FDA approval.

$ANVS Any chance of this doing an AXSM-like epic run. Even a fraction?!? I remember when that CNS play was beaten down to $2.50 And now, trading $193+ & WORTH $10B+😉☘️💎

$ANVS I am in Parkinsons OLE. Coming up on 6 months. I feel great. Doing more. Better attitude. Thank you, Maria, and Annovis team.

$ANVS LOL still a bull. My last post was a pocket-post. Not worried about a reverse split. I’m holding for readout and accumulating today.

$ANVS I bought another 100,000 shares this week. I will do the same next week. IMO, outcome is known. I hope to have a million shares before it breaks 1.40. I am close already. What retail does will not impact how much money I make. The people involved in this share price manipulation are bad people. IMO, it deserves a criminal investigation. Meanwhile, don’t just take it. You will never get another chance like this. Again, my opinion, but buy what you can afford.

$ANVS Reminder of ANVS Biomarker data. Also, yes it is disease modification. It has been awhile since this phase 3 trial was designed. Between that time and now understanding of these Biomarkers has exploded. Big Pharma spent Billions of dollars to try to make the “Amyloid deposits” disappear. That seemed reasonable, but it was not the solution.

$ANVS This is ANVS data. Clinical response from Buntanetap seems far superior to generics. No competition here. Everyone will take Buntanetap based on this clinal response

$ANVS "De-risking": ANVS: A lot of discussion has been made of the biomarker-confirmed AD population as a way to de-risk the Ph3 trial. Not so much discussion about patient over-enrollment: The original target was 760, so 862 total enrollment is +13.4%. That does NOT mean 13.4% more statistical power. Because SE falls roughly with √N, it’s about a 6.5% improvement in signal-to-noise. That matters because ADAS-Cog13 and ADCS-iADL are co-primary endpoints. For a clean Phase 3 success, you need the treatment effect to show up on both cognition AND function. IF one endpoint is sitting just above the significance threshold, that additional statistical power CAN matter. For example: ADAS p=.03 → becomes ~.02–.025 at a higher enrollment population iADL p=.055 → perhaps ~.045–.05 at a higher enrollment population

$ANVS I've set up $25 a day recurring buy on this till results in April. It's definitely not the dumbest thing I ever did, but could yet be the smartest thing I ever did.

$ANVS I made some good $ on this ticker back in April/May 2024. Kinda forgot about til today. I was scrolling and saw the price…did some quick research and bought 12,000 shares. With some good news(especially in March) this could easily 10X. I bought SLS, IBRX and DRTS last year and I believe by next Summer this could easily duplicate their success. I’m 100% sure I’ll get my initial investment back. Gnna buy some more if it keeps going down. Time will tell, but I’m excited to see what happens!!!

$ANVS Stock price in the toilet but am convinced this will show efficacy in Easter. Six months to go to find out.

$ANVS Maria and Michael (M&M) are staging a ruthless short-trap. They are seeking revenge for years of abuse.

$ANVS It seems that many are assuming that buntanetap is more than likely to reach statistical significance on cognition but not function based on the 3 month trial. But I think that making projections based on the phase 2 subgroup analysis, and not the general trends of placebo at 6 months, is a mistake. According to AI: Mild AD at 6 months Amyloid + p-Tau Positive are expected to: ~1.8 to 2.5 points drop Because the Phase 3 trial is large (N850) and biomarker-enriched for p-tau217, Annovis does not need a massive absolute score jump. Proving a relative separation of ~1.0 point on ADCS-iADL will clear the statistical bar (p<0.05) for its 6-month symptomatic functional primary endpoint. So if placebo behaves as expected, buntanetap must only stabilize or less . With improving cog, lower tau, and NfL, is this not likely?

$ANVS I feel like it's time for another reminder of the promising preliminary results here that suggest the ongoing Alzheimer's phase 3 will work. Both these charts are for the subgroup of mild dementia patients who test positive for "amyloid" (really, p-tau). Those are the patients who were recruited to the current Alz phase 3. On the left is 3-month ADAS-Cog results from the phase 2 Alz trial; on the right is 6-month MMSE results from the phase 3 Parkinson's trial:

$ANVS In March, ANVS is looking to repeat a result they've already gotten twice before - then they'll be off to the FDA for approval for an effective treatment for Alzheimer's. The valuation here is ridiculous... (left is 3-month early Alzheimer's ADAS-Cog results - lower is better; right is 6-month Parkinson's mild dementia MMSE change - higher is better)

$ANVS I bought it for $1. Since I have a family member with Alzheimer's, I became interested and decided to research and invest in this field. I hope to hear some good news in March! I plan to keep buying it every month :) I think financial issues are unavoidable since they are problems faced by most small- and mid-sized biotech companies.
