At an exercise price of $27 that's $627.7M of capital that will almost certainly flow into the coffers over the next week. After all, why would you not exercise the right to buy something for $27 that you can make an immediate 10%+ on? At $86K that's almost 7,300 $BTC.X , plus as Matt Cole has noted that amount essentially gets multiplied 2X as it backs further $SATA issuance. We could well be looking at Strive being the 2nd largest BTC treasury by the end of 2026. Do you hear that ticking sound shorts?

$ASST TD Cowen raised its target to 56 from 44 on Friday after Strive bought more bitcoin in two weeks than the bank had forecast for all of Q4. Holdings are at 35,595 BTC, up from about 28,000 at the end of September. TD had penciled in 4,750 BTC of purchases for the whole quarter. The stock still fell 6.6% on Friday to 23.96. Warrant exercises added shares and pressured bitcoin per share, and the next leg is set to be funded by a 630 million dollar preferred offering closing Oct 20.

Back in February, $ASST only had 13,132 BTC on their balance sheet. Fast forward to today, they have 29,462 which is over a 2x and it’s accelerating. The stock went from low single digits to over $30/share. Bitcoin has increased and so has their $SATA perpetual offering. Strive is a Bitcoin multiplier.

That tops the $310.3M cash its Oct 13 8-K showed for Oct 9; the shares add ~12% to 110.4M effective common shares (~$3.06B at the $27.705 Oct 12 close). Same days, it bought 2,822 bitcoin at ~$83,266 (~$235M). Warrants became shares; Oct 9 had 15,255,900 warrant shares, 1.58M unexplained. Proceeds are still 'expected'; the SATS preferred IPO is pending.
