And again for those who still didn't understand: 📌 Beam has a $100 mio. unused credit line that's specifically for buying things. 📌 Beam is completely debt-free up to this purchase. 📌 There is NO SIGNIFICANT dilution; approximately 10% of the purchase price is paid with shares, which is approximately 2 mio. shares. With its 20 mio. shares, Beam is already a low-floster; an additional 2 mio will not change that! Beam also mentions in the presentation that the government will "maybe/probably" return. They only stopped working with beam because they goverment cut military money. Nevertheless, the government has a demand for batteries & charging solutions It is very likely that they will come back. But even if not, that's not a problem either.I just wanted to mention it because it was said in the webinar.

Beam is a low-floating stock with approximately 20 million shares, so 2.4 million really doesn't hurt, but as always, those who can read are clearly at an advantage. And to be allowed to hold a credit line merely as a trophy, without ever having to use it, and if part of it is used the company is penalized for it, sorry, then you're really in the wrong place on the stock market. Credit lines are for buying, not for looking at.
