$BENF $LKNCY The sentencing is Oct 21 They will want the judge to have the agreement IN HAND well before that announcement date I suspect they’ll want it in hand as quickly as possible showing remorse and desire to settle. That will help arguably with sentencing. Meaning they’ll want it in judges hand I would think at least two weeks prior. Maybe 3. Imminently. Perhaps it was signed this weekend. Yes. I believe it’s imminently going to be announced. Probably this coming week
