$BHVN Analysts have not modeled obesity because the P1 trial was not run on Obesity-it was pulled over from the SCA Trial (a combo drug trial). Therefore, it was impossible to do a institutional level valuation on the drug based on how they build their models---all they can say in their notes is the Obesity readout is a "catalyst"--meaning this is a wildcard. Therefore, we must look at historical precedence of WHEN a company pulled over a Phase 1 result from another indication---then went for a Phase 2 with a brand new indication. Below are 3 examples of what happens when this goes well and the new indication hits paydirt.

It is a completely different discipline to stay grounded when a stock acts like it is heading for liquidation while the fundamental story remains intact. Over time, you learn that the market isn't here to give you daily validation. The best asymmetric setups usually feel terrible right up until they don't. True conviction means looking past extended noise, and letting the process play out without needing the chart to tell you you're right every morning, especially in small cap biotech

(Of course these are the listed positions) Regardless, I would say Sellthedip1 is probably one of the highest conviction retailers out there. Instead of selling the dip, he kept buying the dip knowing that a slew of catalysts are coming. Hats off to him!

$BHVN For the upcoming Biohaven Obesity P2 readout--I analyzed the deep data behind the 10MG and 30MG Lilly Bim Phase 2 trial and highlighted the monotherapy results at 26 weeks on the net body weight change chart so you know exactly what we are trying to achieve. Note Biohaven management was clear in an interview that they want to achieve Bim like efficiency without the side effects. It looks to me (and this is not exact) that the goal would be ~4 to 6.5% total weight loss at 26 weeks. Anywhere in there would be fantastic as that was the Lilly range. Anything better would be off the charts---but keep in mind that just in (or near that range) with low side effects would be a big winner. Lilly has horrible side effects.
