$BLCO Q - How does a company with numbers like these, pay off 20 billion in debt? A - They don't. They have 14 billion coming due in 2030-2032. Selling B&L is virtually impossible now thanks to the two manufacturing sites that are OAI. The 483s speak to major facility changes being needed that are going ot take 10 years to implemented. During that entire time, they will be lucky to flip to VAI status. Either way, neither of those sites are going to able to launch a new product for 10 years due until that status gets to NAI. The leadership they have today will not get them there. See that little cyan colored bar? Thats their income. Yes. It's been negative for years. See that orange line? Thats their margin. Also negative. This limited data below makes it look like BHC is in slightly better shape than BLCO. However, BHC looses Xifaxan to generics in January 2028. Their ONLY chance is to mass dump the entire BLCO leadership. But even then, it might be too late. BLCO will probably be a disappearing brand.

$BLCO So, as I was saying. The entire leadership needs to be wipped out. The process has started. I expect that BHC will buy out the remaining shares that they don't already own. They already own 87% or some such. The entire BLCO board will then be removed. BHC board will take over for both companies. This will net them a few million since those bast_rds were granting themselves 100's of thousands of dollars in "awards" every quarter. Brent was getting millions. They should sue him. Absolutly criminal how much money he was paying himself. But it was all legal I suppose. But totally immoral given what they gutted the sites of our best people the whole time that they were getting their 'awards'. Now they have OAI at two sites. (A third coming soon..I promise) They will get a consent decree for sure. Most at the VP level (in BLCO) are chronically bad decision makers. After the board is replaced, they need to then look at the VP level and the directors below them. Favoristim, weakness, lack of knowledge. It's just flagrant incompetance.

$BLCO -7.1% to $16.07 on 7.7x normal volume Monday, the same day it named Thomas Appio interim CEO and said it expects to raise full-year guidance. Guidance up, stock down hard. Down another 1.4% today at $15.85. Market voting on the CEO change?
Axos300
$BLCO The only reason they will be able to raise guidance will be due to dropping the BLCO CEO and board.

$BLCO Follow-up: Bausch + Lomb, the contact-lens and eye-care maker controlled by Bausch Health, will pay ex-CEO Brent Saunders, whose exit by mutual agreement it announced Oct 12, a $75.5M cash lump sum under an Oct 11 separation agreement. That is ~20% of $378M cash at June 30 and ~1.2% of ~$6.2B market value at the Oct 9 close of $17.32. In return he forfeits all vested and unvested equity awards and drops severance, 2026 bonus and change-of-control claims. Due within 45 days of Oct 12 if he signs a release; Q3 results, new guidance Oct 28.
KryptonResearch14
$BLCO Brent Saunders is out Monday by mutual agreement, no reason given, and chairman Thomas Appio takes over as interim CEO right away. Appio keeps running Bausch Health too, which owns about 87 percent of the company. Shares fell more than 7 percent even though the same release says preliminary Q3 was strong enough that both companies expect to raise full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance, excluding acquired IPR&D. Current guide is 1.025 billion to 1.075 billion dollars. Updated numbers come with Q3 results on Oct. 28.

$BLCO Bausch + Lomb, the contact-lens and eye-care maker ~87% owned by Bausch Health, is losing CEO Brent Saunders by mutual agreement with board, two months after the parent made its own CEO, Thomas Appio, chairman. Appio stays Bausch Health CEO and is now interim B+L CEO. Market value ~$6.2B at the $17.32 Oct 9 close (357.1M Q2 avg shares). The other side: on preliminary Q3 results both companies expect to raise 2026 adj. EBITDA ex-acquired IPR&D guidance, last reaffirmed Aug 6 at $1.025–1.075B; no new figure yet. Figures due with Q3 results Oct 28.
