I was thinking about that book this morning and honestly, I think there’s a lesson in it for BNKK right now. The basic message is that when something isn’t working anymore, you can’t keep doing the same thing and expect a different result. At some point you have to recognize that the cheese has moved and go find it. I keep thinking about that with the stock. We’ve been talking about the same issues for months. The capital structure, the authorized shares, the shelf, dilution, shareholder confidence, communication. And I know you’re working on things, but from the shareholder side, we’re still looking at the same result. Maybe this is the time to try something different.

I really do appreciate that you’ve engaged with me and listened to what I’ve had to say. That said, the way I see it right now, it feels like this is being treated like a paycheck. There’s no substantive activity that shareholders can see, very little communication, and the trading action has become extremely frustrating. The people shorting this have very little reason to fear the upside when they see the same things shareholders see. The capital structure, the silence, and the lack of follow-through. We’ve had opportunities to run, and it feels like every one of them has been blown.

Some Notable highlights: -BNKK's highest price since the transition was $13.65, that was the first day SHOT became BNKK and it's never surpassed that price -BNKK fell below SHOT's all time low price ($8.05) just 11 days after becoming BNKK -BNKK has only seen 16 days with a high above SHOT's all time low, the last time being 10 months ago which was 2 months after the changeover. Moreover there hasn't been a single day since the reverse split where the high was above SHOT's all time low. -There hasn't been a high above $3 since April. February was the last time the price exceeded the opening reverse split price of $4.05 BNKK's value has gone down over 96% since its first day and there's still a massive communication problem from the company as to what they're doing to restore any investor confidence. How long do they anticipate investors putting up with this before they've got a lawsuit on their hands?
