$CAAS Management has historically guided conservatively. H2 is seasonally much stronger than H1. The $850M in 2026 revenue projects previously given now looks more like a floor after H1, while $860–885M is becoming increasingly realistic. H2 could easily produce: • $100M+ gross profit • $35M+ net income • $1.15+ EPS That would put full-year 2026 around: • $2.00-2.20 EPS, or roughly 2x earnings at the current price • $15-16 per share in tangible assets • $60M+ in cash flow, especially with much of the Brazil-related capex front-loaded Those are absurd numbers. This is why the lack of a capital-return announcement is so disappointing. Either this is coming soon or they are letting this get weak for a buyout.

$CAAS They raised FY2026 revenue guidance to $850 million last quarter, which means ~$219 million per quarter in H2. Management has a history of underestimating, and it sure looks like they will do it again if things hold. Sept numbers are all now in and CAAS’s major customers (ex-Stellantis), have reported great results. Chery is exporting over 180,000 vehicles a month. BYD’s overseas shipments from China are up 80% YoY. Back-of-the-envelope calculations and CAAS should easily beat guidance. The new European OEM EPS program (ASIL-D and ASPICE) is also a big deal. These systems sell for 2–3X the price of conventional EPS units. Assuming their 22-25% margins and 90,000 units in 2027 projected that is $0.25+ per share more in EPS. The biggest concern remains a buyout below 7. That they have not done buybacks or dividends yet makes this possibility grow daily. Got hit for a lot more shares at 4.20-4.30s on the dip a few weeks ago. Was travelling so did not post.

$CAAS hard to believe we are back in this price range. Just need next leg up to be 6+. I still think this climbs over 10 within 12-18 months.

$CAAS This stock has baffled me. I thought for sure it would at least trade to 4x earning or something. And it seemed a no-brainer. But so far is reason for underperforming this year.

According to FinViz, the Chinese/HK stocks that trades at Price/Sales below 1 and Price/Book below 1 are 110. If a P/E below 5 is also added, the number drops to 26. $CAAS $CYD $WDH $XYF
