$CABO Based on this selloff its looking like the new loan for Mega will be highly dilutive. This could cause a pretty big selloff and a restructure of the equity. Might be a buying opportunity around 6-7.

$CABO Absent news, this likely goes to back to $15 off of technicals this week and short covering (33% short interest); with any sort of news, it could pop back to $18-$20 for the gap fill. The fact that cable one has a deal lined up is bullish, even if the merger with MBI does not happen (which in fact saves them $450M). Win/win either way.

$CABO as of today there are about 2.1 million shares short on less then a 3 million share tradable float. Shorts be very very careful it will have a massive run higher. You've been warned 🤷🏻‍♂️

$CABO extremely oversold with high short ratio, expect a bounce to $16-20 minimum this week, once debt refinancing is complete, true fair value may be closer to $50 at this time

$CABO confirming Thursday, October 22 at 2 PM is the hearing date to decide if the TRO is lifted? seems that is the big day we wait for for this stock to get relief hopefully…and potentially spike upwards 🙏🏼 Thoughts?

$CABO someone spoke of a halt but I don’t think we’re halted currently. Will the judge in the Cobank request respond today or next week?

$CABO I agree, shorting into the spikes seem wise. No loans are given without a lot of shares given away cheap. JMO

$CABO A federal judge temporarily blocked Cable One's 480 million dollar acquisition of the rest of Mega Broadband on Friday, after lender CoBank sued to stop the deal. Shares fell 27 percent to 11.14, after jumping 16.4 percent Thursday on news of the financing. CoBank's case is simple. Cable One planned to fund the purchase with a 1.25 billion dollar term loan costing about 17 percent all-in, and the lender calls the acquisition a fraudulent transfer that would sink the company "deeper into insolvency." CoBank holds about 1.1 billion of Cable One's debt; it says the company carries 2 billion more. Cable One is contractually obligated to buy GTCR's 55 percent stake after the PE firm exercised its right to sell in January. Two weeks ago the company drew the last 700 million on its revolver.

$CABO it might actually not go through due to how bad cable one has performed during this 3 year acquisition.
