$CRML the bottom line of the EUR transaction is the following: CRML will be issuing approx. 90m new shares to EUR shareholders. For those 90m shares, CRML is getting $250M in cash, 7.5% of Tanbreez plus all other assets owned by EUR. These other sssets include 46m shares of CRML which are owned by EUR. These 46m shares become treasury shares of CRML and count toward the number of AUTHORIZED shares of CRML but do not count as outstanding shares of CRML which is the only important thing to CRML shareholders. CRML still can sell or issue approx. 260m shares without shareholder approval. At current prices, the net 45m shares CRML is issuing is less than $300M for all of EUR assets. The cash alone almost covers it. Great deal for all. But especially CRML shareholders. .

$CRML I have stayed quiet for the most part as the EUR deal needed to get approved and then closed up ( expected on November 6). There has been a lot of misinformation thrown around here as to the shares being issued and dilution etc. the exchange ratio means approx. $90M new shares will be issued in total to EUR shareholders and option holders. However, CRML effectively just repurchased 46m SHARES as EUR owned these shares in CRML. These 46m shares will now be treasury shares. They were authorized and issued but bc of merger will now be treasury shares. They don't count for dilution purposes. It's as if CRML purchased the shares in the open market. Instead they acquired them by way of merger. This will all be crystal Clear very soon. The shares are so undervalued.

$CRML something has been on my mind as of late. Hear me out. In the world that we know, as it sits right now, how can we ignore the demand that Tanbreez holds. How can we honestly say that China is forever the status quo when it comes to critical minerals? Truthfully, there is a disposition for the United States to do some business with China on this front and that may last for a good while. Maybe not. But what I find appalling is the fact that many of those people in power want US the investor to believe that the status quo should forever be in place, that we should accept China as the only one that can supply our needs, that we must yield to their demands. I refuse. I refuse to believe in an advancing world of military technology and a booming industrial technology section covering 1000s of products that Tanbreez can’t find its way. I refuse. Simply put, I have laid my cash into a company that I believe has the true potential to change the status quo once and for all.
