$DCGO I just keep slowly adding shares as I am able since this current SP makes it look like the company has a 50% chance of going bankrupt and this is not reality. If you want to give me the easiest double, probably triple on the Market, I will take it.

$DCGO CEO Lee Bienstock has maintained explicit guidance that DocGo will exit Q4 2026 at a profitable Adjusted EBITDA run rate. Because profitability is reached during the quarter rather than on day one, a minor net cash burn remains for the full three-month period. Q1 2027: Self-Sustaining Structure (Projected Burn: $0 — Turning FCF Positive) • The Driver: Q1 2027 is the first clean quarter entirely disconnected from the legacy migrant program liabilities and overhead. • The Math: The cash burn is modeled to cross the zero line completely. DocGo's new automated routing systems and corporate downsizing are projected to reach their scale efficiencies of $20 million to $24 million in annualized savings by early 2027. • The Catalyst: High-margin revenues from the fully integrated Hicuity Health acquisition and the seasonal acceleration of SteadyMD's virtual care business layer over the stabilized core ambulance fleet, pushing the total entity into a self-funding loop.

$DCGO novavax up 20% today, Moderna 6%. Who is in position to deliver vaccines and antibiotics to an aging population that is vulnerable to the pneumonic plague? Certainly DocGo….

$DCGO 6% pop on low volume of about 64K shares which tells me that if real volume hits we could easily have a very big move up. If Management can bring in 25M+ by receiving NYC money and proceeds from some smart business trimming along with showing Hicuity EBITA is real and expanding, we are off to the races.

$DCGO I have backed up the truck big time recently, bringing my cost basis down to 0.435. IMO, I will more than double my cost basis before Valentine's Day, maybe before Thanksgiving.

$DCGO there is a reason management is quiet... they are idiots and have no business running a public company. i am part of the buying today. low price equals value

$DCGO I really need to start taking screenshots of this board. In two years when all of us who averaged in here are staring at a $5-10 share price I’ll look back and laugh. They will exit 2026 with a profitable run rate, build back slowly in 2027 (reverse split or not who cares it doesn’t dilute) and then come 2028 when the markets values this and the company is growing the hicuity deal will be praised, and we all will make money…except the day traders thinking of today. Hold fast. Hold strong.

$DCGO is there any price where this is a value? how about 10 cents, or a nickel? Do you sell at 20 cents or 50 cents. What if the price goes to 1.15 Monday? The point is that there is a reason to buy or sell any stock. Can you estimate future earnings and cash flows? Estimated revenues for 2027=$375 million. Can the businesses generate a profit? Ambulance, critical care (ICU), patient monitoring, telehealth, home visits, and care gap. all either operating at scale or approaching positive cash flows. The recent stock price collapse is a simple loss of confidence in management. WELL DESERVED! But if there is no major fraud (we should have seen something by now?,) this stock looks classically washed out.

$DCGO fire the entire management and board and liquidate. and the stock multiplies? Hey Lee, what does that say about your leadership? Any idiot could ask corporate counsel the legal requirements for making a public announcement that the company knows of no new or significant bad news that would account for the recent stock collapse. you just don't belong in this job. and hands off any stock awards at these levels for you and your feckless board.

$DCGO If New York City cuts the check and settles the remaining $13 million to $15 million balance, DocGo’s liquid cash position would instantly change. Assuming a middle-ground final payout of $14 million and using DocGo’s baseline of 98.93 million basic shares outstanding, the cash-per-share impact breaks down as follows: 1. The Instant Boost to Cash Per Share Prior to this collection, DocGo holds $25.2 million in unrestricted cash on its balance sheet, which translates to a cash-per-share metric of $0.25. Receiving the final NYC payment instantly scales that cash pile up to $39.2 million. • The Impact: Your cash-per-share metrics jumps from $0.25 to $0.40, a 60% expansion in raw liquid backing per share.

$DCGO technically, the daily chart is looking goooood. We have a presumable ATL and now NH. We need to next confirm HL and afterwards HH for a bullish trend change. Stay strong. It might be that we are still building NH.

$DCGO guys - if Nuclear Elvis' post is true (I have no reason to distrust him), this stock could go ballistic tomorrow...

$DCGO it's time to ignite this massively undervalued and overlooked rocket. this insane market will be looking for hidden and unexploited gems like this one. The recent Oracle news is strong evidence that this space is an area for tremendous growth by big players.

$DCGO Fire the CFO. Warn the CEO that he's next if he doesn't produce results in the next year.

$DCGO anyone know why there has been abosolutely nothing wrote on todays press call? No articles on any other platforms whatsoever. Im thinking they will be tomorrow. Its in my view there has been litte reaction due to little publication. Google docgo news and nothing from todays call anywhere yet. In my view the call was very very bullish. I can see combined revenue doubling within 12 months. I can see a return profitability in q1. This is one for the medium to long term for sure.

$DCGO "We don't expect to carry this debt long" - Lee/CEO on the debt assumed from Hicuity in the deal. Pay down and Service the debt (sounds like a debt restructuring plan for the amount they can't quickly pay off).
