$DTREF October 26, 2026 - Scheduled court hearing The court is scheduled to hear requests from Dateline and the federal government to suspend the injunction while the appeal proceeds. The National Parks Conservation Association opposes those requests. A favorable ruling could improve sentiment considerably; an unfavorable ruling could extend the delay.
