This feels manipulated and nefarious. I can't keep looking at this shit. Good news drives 10 yr up. Bad news drives 10 yr up. Institutions are shorting it. My portfolio is down over 12% in 6 weeks with no end in sight. I made the moves I wanna make last week. $DX This is why I keep saying 10.4 This gap is from November 2023. Gaps get filled. This news is a perfect opportunity to take it there. And they usually fill half way, retrace and then finishes the job. If it holds below 10.4…. Well there’s 9.50 ish but I doubt it 😭😭 or I want to doubt it. Either way… this is the real loading zone.

$DX I suspect that more than a few boomers are drooling over the dividend here. Even if they do cut it, it still will be well above treasury and this company has been paying out dividends consecutively for over 19 years.

Dow Jones reports "Dynex Capital Inc.'s third-quarter EPS is forecast at 33 cents, compared with $1.08 in the prior-year period. Adjusted EPS is forecast at 39 cents." But, after all, we're all here for the dividends. DX is keeping the divvy at $0.17/month payable Nov 2 to holders of record Oct 22.
