$FBIO There is a meaningful new development: Fortress filed an 8-K on October 1 disclosing that it repaid the remaining $15.0 million of its Oaktree senior secured credit facility in full on September 30. Fortress also paid about $435,000 of accrued interest plus a $150,000 prepayment fee, and all liens and security interests tied to the facility were released. The credit agreement is now terminated.

$FBIO Cael - 101 approved in Japan on 16th of September under the brand Amylprave. Fortress are entitled to 19 million payment on regulatory approval.Curious if Japanese aporoval triggers this.Anyway bullish that this can lead to FDA approval for kappa amuloidosis group

$FBIO $FBIOP I think anyone interested in this stock should visit the website of Lemmatx—Fortress’s latest subsidiary—and watch the video demonstrating the FB-606 mechanism. Above all, check out the investor presentation from July regarding a planned $12 million funding round; the plan is for Fortress to contribute only $1 million initially, meaning FB-606 will not become a wholly owned asset—something the CEO had previously indicated was a possible future goal for new assets. At first glance, this presents an interesting new risk/reward scenario requiring very little upfront investment, which should reassure FBIOP investors—even though personnel costs rose in Q2 (a trend I initially attributed directly to the Lemmatx initiative, though I am less convinced of that now). Since the pre-IND meeting with the FDA is scheduled for Q3 2026, we can hopefully read more about this in Q3.

$FBIO the silence of management is very disappointing. Their disregard for shareholders is palpable.

$FBIO $FBIOP Without a new strategic deal, it would likely be foolish to reinstate the dividend in the near term—assuming they care about the long-term monthly payout—given that cash flow from royalties and milestones for ZYCUBO and UNLOXCYT remains low, especially with the ongoing uncertainty surrounding EMROSI, Anselamimab, Dotinurad, and Triplex. That said, a tipping point might eventually be reached where the common stock fall so low that the decision is made to reinstate the preferred dividend simply to "save" the common stock.

$FBIO $FBIOP Part 1/2 A short summary of my view of change since I was last active and wrote about Fortress: EMROSI – Worse Due to the uncertainty with the patent dispute and the EMA license with one month left (although I consider both those risks to be low). At the same time, better because I have not read that any competitors have approached. Anselamimab – Better Several medical texts and video presentations in August-September. Approval in Japan at the same time as there seems to be hope for the US. UNLOXCYT – Worse The milestone payments have spoken for themselves so far, unfortunately. At the same time, it seems to remain a priority for Sun, which has expanded its presence in the US with a major acquisition. Dotinurad – Worse Because competition from ABP-671/lingdolurinade, although Crystalys is doing most things right in terms of succeeding with a new funding round, broadening the studies and strengthening the team.

$FBIO I fear that the newly responding zellchair is Not the former, respected one. The former respected one would not have written such offending, sarkastisch and arrogant posts. He delivered highly profound Information to fbio. Sorry, just my impression.

$FBIO looks like its stuck in a deathcross, stop loss triggers at 2 then possible floor at $1.85-1.95. However, predictive models say $2.97 by end of 2026. We will see. Good thing is insiders hold 49.61% of total oustanding shares and CEO owns 7.05million shares so high insider concentration is good. Avg. down or buy in soon.

$FBIO $FBIOP it's official. Zellchair is a complete basket case. I completely agree that the first milestone is tied to BLA (not ex-USA approval). But i chose to interact with like a gentleman instead of a condescending prick, out comes the psychological projection: "finger wagging" Pathetic.

$FBIO wow another $2K lost. I’m losing $1500 on average here daily. Average is 2.87 and can’t even get back there at all. No news. Just silence here. No one knows shit. I’m sure the price target will go up though somehow. Bunch of bullshit here.

$FBIO Ckecking in and I must say “What an awful mess of a share price here as it keeps trending lower”…Looking at how management has dealt with companies like MBIO whose price fades into oblivion…Just looking at these share price histories of $FBIO and $MBIO I have no desire to invest in FBIO, it has even caused me to pause my bullishness in $DERM. I actually held this stock in past years and made some money as I bought and sold it, but over-the last year plus, no interest whatsoever as the share price reflects a downtrend in value…It is not that I have stopped believing in the potential future value of DERM, FBIO, MBIO, etc., but the current market price trend of the common shares reflects another reality altogether…Believe it or not still hold a tiny position in MBIO that I acquired earlier this year…Wonder if we will ever get an update???

$FBIO Pure crap Mike. Why are you sullying the rep you've established with $TGTX being an engineer in this train wreck?

$FBIO $FBIOP Like you, I have made a lot of money on FBIO / FBIOP over the last 12 to 18-mos. (though probably not as much since my timing [whether by luck or wisdom] has been spotty more recently). Much of this I attribute to your posts and deep analysis during the +/- June '25 timeframe. So thank you for that! My question here is: On the one hand, you've mentioned some caution regarding management and thier motivations; OTH, FBIO now sits with a significant cash hoard (relative to the company's size), a market cap at roughly 1/2 of cash, exclusive of the DERM franchise share value, and the share price is just slightly above a double bottom from April / May. Where are you at in your thinking now?, and do you still hold a meaningful position in one or the other? TIA--
