$FUNN I think bullish on this one because they recently changed management from a horrible manager to a new one. Susan has real plans to grow, she's making smart moves, communicating to shareholders and is aggressive about getting things done!

I’m excited to see where she takes us over the next few years and hope Roger stays in the shadows under a tree plopping some pavers in the sand somewhere far off in the distance! He should retire some shares and let Susan do her thing. Create some real value out of his nearly decade of mistakes and inability to operate this company.

$FUNN Positive EBITDA is definitely something I wanted to see!)) It basically tells us the U.S. Snakes & Lattes locations are bringing in more than they’re spending on the day-to-day operation before interest, taxes and some other expenses get counted which as we know in this OTC game is RARE!! But after everything this company and us has been through, seeing the core U.S. business put up positive EBITDA is a massivestep in the right direction! Now let’s build on it shall we! Pennies coming back imo!! We’re def pointed in the right direction finally!

$FUNN wow they really have reshaped this company. Now I’m sure getting ready to add more UA locations. The company looks positioned to do very well now. I bet the stock begins to respond really soon! I mean how many profitable companies do you know that stay down around half a penny? IMO the stock is at an insane discount right now. People could make 5 to 10x their money. What do you all think?

$FUNN The Big Picture PART 1 Amfil Technologies, the owner of Snakes & Lattes board game bars, has completely changed how it tracks its money. They removed their Canadian locations and an older paving business from their books. Now, they are focusing strictly on their three U.S. locations: Tempe, AZ; Tucson, AZ; and Chicago, IL. CEO Susan Lawver noted that this change makes the company's financial health much easier for shareholders to see. The Financial Breakdown The numbers below reflect only the performance of the three U.S. board game restaurants for the year ending June 30, 2026: • Total Revenue ($4,641,894): The total amount of money the restaurants brought in from sales. • Gross Profit ($3,632,000): The money left over after paying for the direct costs of goods, like food, drinks, and board games. • 78.2% Gross Margin: For every $1.00 a customer spent, the company kept about 78 cents. They use this 78 cents to cover fixed bills like rent, employee payroll, and utilities.

$FUNN well Susan seems to be getting her ducks in a row. One of Roger and Ben’s biggest problems was understanding how to operate a business. The gears have shifted and change is happening. Ben and Roger would follow through on nothing they said, and so far, Susan seems to be more of a bulldog like Rogan was. Like everything else, name change never completed because they saw another shiny object to chase and never followed through. And yes, 10 days is the perfect world timeline. “a FINRA name change typically takes about 2–4 weeks once FINRA receives a complete and acceptable submission, although it can be faster or take several weeks longer if there are documentation issues or additional review.” There is a process and I am not expecting the 10 day perfect world scenario for the name change, I am sure it will take longer with follow up documentation needed. I am rooting for Susan and going to focus on the positives.
