$GLUE Nice bounce, esp. if perfectly timed = 14% in a few days but 3, 6 and 12 month chart look bad IMO. Is bounce because of" short covering, mostly finished tax loss selling the ole cliche 'somebody knows something' sucker rally before next leg down, something else?

$GLUE Any flippers / quick money types might be tempted here watching for a (temporary) base and volume to dry up then harvest a quick 7% Blip up on no news and for no reason. but the 6 month chart is ugly and I dont see a plateau yet, but volume may be diminishing. I think the tide of the overall market is down and out so that to me is the overriding force so going to need some impressive news or positive surprise. Recall just 5-6 years ago it was not uncommon for biotechs to drift down for 2-3 painful years and have market caps 50% of their cash.. Why kind of news and trade volume would GLUE need to pop 50% and work its way back up through bagholders above this price? I think its possible, just not yet. Good luck

$GLUE from 10.75 to 10.17 is basically a red day. just sit on this and pick up maybe 9’s but could see $8 end of year

$GLUE If you are playing with house money thats great. I think we see another 30-40% price drop / sell off for most of these biotechs by Christmas. I also see a snowball effect on many of these that drifted down all year going off a cliff for no reason...thats the time to think about buying. As posted many times, I see a lot of shortages / chaos / forced control coming, none of it good for biotech. On the other hand, Well timed buys and sells in the meantime might help one gain a quick 8-10% on bounces (for example, maybe GLUE next week) but look at these GLUE CCCC even faves TNGS and ERAS - the trend is down. Look at the slopes of the selling and the concommitant volume - I think there is a ways to go. Good luck.

Novartis partnership - Up to $5.7 Billion total potential development, regulatory, and sales milestones 2. Roche partnership - $2 Billion+ in potential future milestone payments 3. A Leading AI drug discovery platform - QUEEN 4. 3 very promising drugs in development (2 in phase 2, 1 in Phase1)

This wasn’t simply “CRP went down.” After only 4 weeks of oral therapy, MRT-8102 produced ~80–90% NEK7 degradation and hit an extraordinary number of inflammatory, atherogenic and thrombogenic biomarkers: • hsCRP ↓85% • IL-6 ↓54% • Calprotectin ↓56% • S100A12 ↓46% • SAA ↓51% • Fibrinogen ↓28% • Lp(a) ↓24% • HMGB1 ↓40% in high-baseline subjects • IL-1β ↓37% in high-baseline subjects Several biomarkers moved toward levels seen in healthy volunteers. Now consider the human validation. CANTOS previously demonstrated that IL-1β inhibition could reduce CV events. Low-dose colchicine—which indirectly affects NLRP3/inflammation—is already FDA approved for reducing cardiovascular events. Meanwhile Novo’s ziltivekimab produced major IL-6/CRP suppression but recently FAILED Phase 3 ZEUS on MACE (HR 0.99) and had more serious infections. That’s precisely why MRT-8102 is fascinating. MRT-8102 could potentially bring something very different: oral + upstream + multi-biomarker suppression + encouraging early safety. ASCVD + gout + HS creates a potential multi-billion-dollar franchise if Phase 2 converts this extraordinary pharmacology into clinical efficacy. The biggest question is no longer whether MRT-8102 engages NEK7/NLRP3. It clearly does. The multibillion-dollar question is whether this remarkably broad biological response translates into disease modification.
