$GOOGL Price is sitting on a confluence of moving averages, we're seeing a 17.5 P/E (due to recent negative FCF) which is under its 5YR avg of 22.5. Cloud revenue is accelerating rapidly, Waymo's moonshot is turning into a concrete revenue stream and they remain dominant in Search. Watching $META report this week, expecting the same higher CapEx hit the name and we could see some downside pressure on FCF weakness around the sector. Keep in mind, the federal funds rate will likely increase into year end to tackle inflation so instead of using debt vehicles, id assume these hyperscalers will dilute shareholders instead. Such diliution can hinder stock price. In terms of GOOGL (my biggest holding), just know that wedges do not always break higher. Buy the weakness on the names you believe in and wait patiently. I'm up 11% on the Alpha purchased last week, will likely close on any further run ups before earnings.
