$GPCR $VKTX GPCR and Viking will likely be fine long term but there are a few things being missed as to why Viking has a higher enterprise value. 1) Viking is year ahead in development 2) VK2735 has near industry leading weight loss and is also a dual agonist 3) GIP mitigates side effects and improves the metabolic properties of GLP’s 4) Peptides are the future of medicine and the biggest selling drug in the world is a peptide…

$GPCR the drop here is absolutely hilarious (in a bad way). Does everyone realize they hold 1.3B in cash and no debt. Yet this trades with a mkt cap of 1.9B. --so youre telling me all of Structure's assets together are worth only 600M. And dont ge tme started on Viking... what a nightmare.

$GPCR $VKTX $KLRA I know many of us watch the biotech obesity segment as a whole and it has gotten HAMMERED the past couple months across the board. KLRA's data wasn't great in July/Aug, so that explains their drop. GPCR announced successful SAD testing on the world's first oral amylin and stock has dropped ever since. VKTX had great SQ data, dilution, and crash. Anyway, seems like there is a concerted effort to bring these stocks down. Looking for someone more familiar with market dynamics to shed some light on the recent sector crash. I have two theories: 1. Institutional investors aren't concerned with any of these companies getting BP deals in the next 3-6 months and collectively are shorting them down to make $$$ and then planning to make money on the way back up. "Taking advantage of the ridiculously long Ph3 trials". 2. BP is somehow controlling the institutional investors and are trying to suppress the share price on these companies to prevent commercial scaling funding.

$GPCR at this point, value of GPCR assets minus the cash is just 1B. Crazy for a company that has the lead asset in phase3 and only company in the world with Amylin small molecule!

$GPCR $VKTX $BMEA I joined the conference chats this week for GPCR, VKTX, and BMEA via ST conference calls. 1. I still can't understand why GPCR has so little retail shareholder involvement? 2k vs VKTX's 38k stocktwits followers for example. 2. I guess the reason I can't understand the lack of interest is because I feel that GPCR has the "Lilly beater" in Aleniglipron. Better efficacy and better tolerability than Foundayo. I believe the future of the obesity drug class is a drug that can be sold at a profit at $100 - $150 a month. This is why I am focused on oral small molecules in this space. 3. BMEA is about to release Ph1 data on an oral similar to Foundayo but with better tolerability. Obviously, I feel there is a market for another oral drug, but GPCR already has better efficacy (16 vs 11%) and better tolerabilty than Foundayo and is at least 2 years ahead of BMEA-650. So this puts me back to trying to figure out why so little retail interest in GPCR?

$GPCR From the Cantor Conference Audio webcast, lots of positivity on all fronts from GPCR. Sounds like they are interested and having discussions regarding 'partnering' with BP. They acknowledged that they may have dropped too much data at once with Amylin SAD and Aleniglipron OLE at the same time which may have negatively impacted the stock price. And they said that investors at the conference were overly focused on the high AE from the 10mg dose of Amylin SAD and they correctly stated that they intentionally dosed at a high level just to find the upper threshold and that high AE at that high dose with no titration was expected. So as we all know, the market didn't know how to interpret that and the 3% efficacy from SAD and I feel that drove the price down. The question now is, once the market gains some knowledge in what was expected from the SAD study, maybe we start to march back up to the valuation that we should have around $70 a share based on GPCR's gold-mine pipeline.

$GPCR at these levels I am thinking this is very attractive to BP for partnerships or BO

$GPCR 16 analyst cover this company, 70-145 dollar targets. As recent as less tha. 30 days ago....3 price targets were reaffirmed after data on 9/8, 104, 110, and 111 dollar targets. The stock is under 28 dollars now, 1.3 billion cash, less than 2 billion market cap and several trials going on, 5 billion dollars is a price any company can buy this up while its cheap. It is undervalued is what im saying lol

$GPCR market too big for 3-4 players. Worse products comming later with massive investments behind from big pharma. This proce is just absurd and not linked to aleni value. Just a matter of time. Buying more

$GPCR my guess is Merck or AbbVie. Both need solutions to big patent cliffs. Merck more immediately. But Skyrizi & Rinvoq create a perplexing longer term problem

$GPCR besides Elly’s oral product there is nothing out there in non-peptide that comes close to aleniglipron and even then this asset has better data thus far!

$GPCR one month down from 47 dollars to 27, 40-45% down. Last 8 days, all red, 36-27. Absolute slaughterfest going on here by the hedge funds. Remember many short and buy shares. Cant beleive management has allowed this rough month to continue by being so silent, yet hard not to be ullish long term here when its 27 with a great balance sheet and all the ongoing trials.

$GPCR one thing to point out is the lowest RSI ever by a lot. 17. The previous and only one ever close was 3/30/26.....23 RSI. Oversold indicators everywhere, surprised it hasnt bounced yet with its great pipeline and balance sheet.

$GPCR $VKTX $BMEA Both of these 3 players have solid roadmaps and developments in progress. No point on that. But taking a quick look at market cap, Biomea is the cheaper one and biggest potential (not even talking about he diabete drugs in dev, discease modifying drugs...) $VKTX : $3.64B market cap $GPCR: $2.6B market cap $BMEA: $0.13B market cap

$GPCR I'll start accumulating in low 30s. Aggressive buying in mid-low $20's if it gets there. Company still has mucho cash in the bank, but trial results have been discouraging despite beating prior expectations. The bar was set too high and I think for that reason will grind down. Still think it gets acquired but won't be for a while and there will be better entry points.
