$HAS: the lead plaintiff in Standing v. Hasbro is a longtime employee. Filed April 16 in Rhode Island, it alleges the March 28 breach scope still is not fully confirmed. No class certified, nothing to claim. Open Class Actions.

$HAS Reports Tuesday before the open. Consensus is 1.86 dollars in EPS on 1.47 billion dollars in revenue, up 6.2% from a year ago (Zacks). Consensus for Wizards of the Coast and Digital Gaming is 601 million dollars, up just 5.1%, after that segment grew 27% in Q2 to 663.8 million dollars. Consumer Products consensus is 862 million dollars, up 8.2%, so Tuesday is partly about whether the toy side carries more of the growth this time.
