$IFRX 🚀 Greetings from the astronaut of the wonderful land of potato pancakes! 🥔😄 Whether a piece of news puts pressure on the stock or sends it higher is beside the point. What matters is that the price reflects the relevant data and the situation at hand. But seriously, do we really think we'd dislike each other this much in real life? Do we really need to use our disappointment or excitement to throw the worst accusations about each other's character around? Come on, folks, let's keep it cool. We're all getting tossed around enough by every new headline as it is. 😅 There are much more interesting things to discuss: What initial data can we expect once Phase 2 gets underway, and what will the actual results tell us? We don't have to agree with each other to treat each other with respect. Greetings from your astronaut! 🚀🥔

$IFRX - sorry, but too many comments here are fueled by assumptions, if you don't like management, well sell and move on and stop blaming others for your shitty investment decisions. If I don't like something, I don't buy--period ... Last week and especially Friday was a correctional bear market without buyers, makes for a perfect opportunity for Institutions to cover their short position if needed when you consider IFRX is nearing an important event. Friday's available shares to short was 1.2 mil and today it's at 4.5 mil, so if you look at OBV which hasn't declined much, I'd say MM/Specialist are building their inventory heading to Nov event. The volume throughout the last month was mostly below average, just retail playing in between the bid and the ask to accommodate the MM/Specialist.... That's my take, and like the last post "Nov 3rd will reveal the truth, win or lose..." If OBV dropped considerably, I'd say something is seriously wrong, but that's not the case here.

$IFRX - OBV just spiked upward on 2.8 mil volume, eager to see what's fueling it ... Analysis paralysis in many ways is the beast of burden in trading stocks independently; it's the overwhelming need to find the many reasons on why not to buy it and the incessant need to keep revisiting those reasons even though you BOUGHT it... been doing this shit too long, and to quote a great philosopher, simplicity is man's last lesson. Love one woman, one career, the world one way, etc... in stocks, same shxt applies ... be more like a dog. When a dog looks in the mirror, the dogs sees a dog. Unfortunately, when humans look in the mirror, they change their mind everyday about what they see, hence, analysis paralysis ... Hopefully I'll make good money owning IFRX, I like the pipeline and its progress, institutional ownership, the chart, and many informative comments on this board therefor I'm in until Nov 3rd and that date will tell me to keep holding or move on. GLTA ☮️

$IFRX Given that CSL already has the established commercial relationships, sales force, and medical infrastructure for AAV in Europe via its Vifor division, onboarding IFRX's pipeline would allow CSL to salvage its European AAV footprint while creating perfect clinical synergy with its new Alentis asset.

$IFRX We don’t need a never ending biology masters class. Or new indications that will take years to monetize. Or ST board experts that tout the flavor of the day, like they were touting PG last year. Or the two clown pumpers with their constant nonsense about shorts and their antics. Or more conferences, chats or other opportunities for Niels to put everybody to sleep and Taapken to lie a little more. After years of the same looped BS, all we need is from this fucking useless management team to finally deliver anything remotely tangible now, not in 2030 or whatever. Is that too much to ask?

$IFRX Dr. Gabriela Alperovich commented: "I am excited to join InflaRx at such a pivotal moment for the Company and its complement-targeted platform. Throughout my career, I have focused on immune-inflammatory diseases, including renal diseases such as IgA nephropathy, lupus nephritis, or ANCA-associated vasculitis, where modulating the complement system can be truly disease-modifying for patients. InflaRx's differentiated approach to C5a and C5aR inhibition, together with the best-in-class potential emerging for izicopan, represents a compelling opportunity to bring meaningful new therapies to patients with high unmet need. I look forward to working with the dedicated team at InflaRx to advance these programs."

$IFRX do I wish I had bought IOVA in Oct 2023 like I planned to?? Oh yes I do. Hopefully we will replicate their path soon! For a while we were following similar trend lines.

$IFRX In all the years I've been invested here, I do not recall Niels addressing the stock price. CEOs often remind investors that the stock price doesn’t always reflect the company’s long‑term trajectory. Many CEO's (including Warren Buffett) also discuss stock performance in shareholder letters. I have not seen this with this company. We do not want the CEO commenting on the day-to-day volatility of the stock price, but occasional reassurance by Niels would seem appropriate given other CEO's do this.

$IFRX After days of wild swings in both directions, some science for a change. A new stroke study shows time-dependent complement activation, including C5a, and discusses C5a as a potential therapeutic target. It also mentions earlier studies of vilobelimab in severe COVID-19. The study itself does not investigate C5a inhibition and includes only ten stroke patients. $IFRX Respectfully, you can believe in a drug without blindly trusting management. Execution on vilobelimab was poor, so it's fair to worry about execution on izicopan too. Four CMD delays and a 30% drop since the $150M raise at $2.00 are facts, not assumptions. A good trader backs the potential, prices in execution risk, and defines in advance what would change their mind. "Sell if you don't like it" isn't analysis, and neither is just waiting. Nov 3 will tell.

$IFRX A new systematic review identifies aHUS/TMA in the pregnancy/postpartum context as a complement-mediated, renal-dominant condition and places complement biomarkers and complement-directed therapy within the diagnostic/therapeutic framework. Relevant to IFRX through the aHUS/complement connection to the Izicopan renal strategy. 30.09.2026 DOI: 10.4103/ijh.ijh_85_26 *Please verify the sources and content yourself.

$IFRX I want to walk back some of my recent comments. I don’t like InflaRx’s management, I don’t like the way they communicate, and I don’t like how they seem to disregard retail investors. All biotech companies prioritize long-term institutional investors to some extent, but with InflaRx, it’s particularly blatant. That said, the biotech sector is struggling badly right now, and pre-revenue companies like InflaRx are getting hit the hardest. The current environment also means the market could be even less forgiving than usual if the CMD disappoints (e.g. no accelerated pathway for AAV). I’ll wait and see how management executes before unleashing all my criticism (or not). We’ll know soon enough now.

$IFRX CEO Niels Riedemann has been at the helm since 2007 (nearly 20 years) yet still hasn't secured a major big pharma partnership. The 2020 COVID pandemic was his ultimate missed opportunity. While the science behind vilobelimab (Gohibic) was solid, sluggish trial execution and late regulatory approvals meant missing the commercial wave completely. With the 2025 PG phase 3 failure added to the track record, long-term leadership remains a major question mark.

$IFRX We need a partnership announcement to get us higher. We've been told for 4 years there have been talks but nothing has materialized. CMD will not be a huge catalyst in itself. I don't know how the analysts got this so wrong - for years and years.

$IFRX More of the same from this company. Been down this road multiple times before watching the market cap evaporate into thin air. Meanwhile, the silence from management is deafening 🫠

$IFRX How well CMD is received by investors on November 3rd will determine whether the stock price recovers or heads back down below $1.

$IFRX We've come down to the levels that I had been expecting and suggesting for some time. This is pretty strong support zone and we're looking oversold, but I would not rule out continued downside. I remain bullish long term, however given recent market developments & timelines, I have downgraded my own internal thesis a bit. I no longer view a partnership on HS/CSU as plausible. PG is dead. ARDS still a possible tail success but JB trial site activation momentum has seemingly stalled and we're like years away from a readout. Izi/Vilo still look strongly positioned on AAV. An expedited trial protocol would be a nice upside suprise. The eventual renal data could also open up more opporuntities, but until see see in human data I'd assign zero value there. I know they are working as expediently as they can but highly disappointed from an execution standpoint. I'm sure we'll bounce back; but when?
