$IGC good news. The The NYSE and NYSE American have successfully filed amendments to extend the implementation date of their new $0.25 minimum trading price rule to July 1, 2027. For those who weren't aware this changed or even aware that the rules are changing it means we are in the clear for a while.

$IGC recall in August of 2020, this went over 2.00 on just approval to proceed forward with phase I. Phase I results were positive. If the binary readout for phase II is positive, this is likely to quickly reach the analysts targets North of 3.00 USD and some as high as 6.50 USD. With phase III, and potential for buyout, the price will soar closer to 15-20 dollar range.

In 1.5 months they will delay topline results because they most likely SUCK, they will move them to 1st quarter next year and they will say we wanted to add the results of the last group of patients,continue to dilution along the way, SP will be below .20 entering 2027, don't worry though their BOD/MNGT is racking in cash via stock awards at YOUR expense! in 4 months this will get delisted move to OTC and then BLAM dilute into Billions of shares RS! Rinse and Repeat!!! Extremely
