How do you feel about ILLR?

$ILLR If these people — the managers and billionaire controlling shareholders behind this company — don’t come out immediately with a clear press release explaining what happened and what they intend to do about it, they will have permanently destroyed their credibility. This goes far beyond the ILLR share price. Reputation matters. If you want to be involved in major assets, sports clubs or global sporting ventures, people need to trust the individuals behind them. Imagine being a Tottenham fan, or a fan of any sports organization these people may become involved with. After watching shareholders wake up to a Nasdaq suspension with virtually no explanation from management, would you feel comfortable knowing the same people are behind your club? They need to communicate, and they need to do it now. Silence at a moment like this is not just bad investor relations — it risks becoming permanent reputational damage.

$ILLR I smell something big coming in the next few days. Otherwise they are getting delisted. It’s one or the other but i’m leaning to something big.

$ILLR “The fix is done. Now comes the part we’ve been building toward.” — May 6, 2026 Five months later, $ILLR shareholders are still waiting. So Wing… what exactly were you building toward? And when do shareholders finally get to see it?

$ILLR No point in selling when you're 98%+ down, unless you really, really need a couple hundred bucks.

$ILLR maybe Wing is waiting for the fuel prices to drop before he starts these engines up

$ILLR On June 26, management said there were four clear engines of value working for shareholders. Yet today the company is sitting around a $5M market cap. If these engines are truly creating shareholder value, why does the market continue to value the entire company at roughly $5M? 🤣

$ILLR Maybe we should actually PM Agbaoneplatform to learn more about our "financial solutions." At this point, we could use a solution for figuring out what the hell is going on with ILLR.

$ILLR shorts be warned: Triller announced a definitive agreement to acquire a Bahamian investment vehicle (SAC1) for $411.3 million. SAC1 holds common stock-equivalent interests in Musk's SpaceX. By buying this fund, Triller effectively put 3.9 million shares of SpaceX onto its own balance sheet as a long-term treasury asset. NFA

$ILLR I would not recommend buying shares until there are more details (or just don’t buy in general). I have a hunch we’re going to get double fucked by this dilution and then a capital raise to follow. I love how the PR team said things were going to plan, I sure as hell don’t remember a 80m share/debt swap being proposed

$ILLR what happened to all my fellow balls of steel from the last 3 years? "We'll go down with the ship" "all or nothing" etc.??? Weve been here before, it is frustrating but its not like other retail can just come in and easily buy 100k shares on otc.... ive had 1k share market buy set for the last 3 hours which still not filled now. All these new guys showing up saying "ill load up at 0.01"etc are shorties 100%, ive seen it here too many times, their scanners and alerts go off and they bombard the boards with reverse phycology and negativity. Wing cant just lie about deals refering to them as "transformational" and placing it “at the very heart of our balance sheet” posts saying “We have acquired…”, the deals are a "core element of the new story for the company" etc. Wing recently said he had to call upon the help of our council again , just remember who that guy is and who he used to work for... that guy probably knows nasdaq better than nasdaq.

$ILLR tsai and wing in bed together. After Oct 30, clean debt free company called Eight Holdings owned 80% by Tsai, closes deal for Tottenham Book it. SPCX litigation funded by majority owner isn’t a stretch.

$ILLR I just contacted one of the lawfirms to participate in the lawsuit. These scammers belong in jail.

$ILLR obviously Tsai and ng want clean company to acquire Totty and SPCX. Sadly, shareholders get it up the arse. I have no doubt Eight Sports deal will finalize after Tsai hits his 83% ownership of triller.

$ILLR Bearish. We’ve seen this before. Let’s not forget what happened last Christmas. Management kept using reassuring language about financial filings that were already THREE QUARTERS overdue. Shareholders kept waiting and trusting their words — and ended up having a miserable Christmas watching the situation deteriorate. Now we are seeing the same communication pattern again: big expectations, missed timelines and then silence. After what happened before, management has not earned the benefit of the doubt. This time, shareholders should demand facts — not reassurance.

$ILLR is this it? Been here since April of 2024 (the AGBA) days. I wish they’d have just stayed AGBA. Can’t believe this is how it’s gonna end

$ILLR For those who missed out on this “great” opportunity: Triller rode the 2020 TikTok-ban scare to No. 1 on the App Store. It claimed user numbers that outside data and its own former staff disputed. Then it missed its filings badly enough to be kicked off Nasdaq for three and a half months. The hype was the product. Just let them go bust.
