Fosco_
$IMMX Looked at who Immix has actually hired for the BLA. Stronger than the deck lets on. * Karin McIntosh, SVP Head of Regulatory, joined October 2026. Came from Orca Bio where she delivered the TREGZI priority review BLA, ran every FDA meeting including pre-BLA, CMC potency and facilities, and prepared the site for PAI through mock inspections. Fifteen years in Regulatory CMC before that at Stemline, PTC, Merck and Pfizer. * Oleg Evgrafov, Head of Quality, joined August 2025. Came off a BLA submission, FDA acceptance and a completed pre-license inspection at Capricor. * David He on Technical Ops ran the CMC org that got equecabtagene approved at IASO, a BCMA CAR-T, and before that built Legend's TechOps from zero through cilta-cel site qualification. Between their two BCMA CAR-T approvals and two completed PAIs, they’ve built a leadership team that leaves nothing to chance, ensuring investors peace of mind over the road to approval.

$IMMX IMMX was rescued by a woman who organized a strategic investment for IMMX. She sold a biotech company before and got rich. She used her connections at JP Morgan to help finance IMMX 3 times. There are a few very important hedge funds that have participated in the 3 offerings. IMMX will be sold. Just a matter of time over $70 per share.

$IMMX Look at who ran this deal. IMMX had cash into mid-2028, so it had no need to raise. Yet it dropped the whole MS-led syndicate that had done its last two raises and handed 100% of the fees to J.P. Morgan, a bank with no history with the company. One week later, IMMX gets its first-ever invite to present at the JPM Healthcare Conference in January, the week when big pharma does its dealmaking. Wellington, Janus and Ridgeback took $125M at $11. With runway now into Q1 2029, no partner can lowball IMMX on the claim that it needs money. Put together, this looks to me like a company getting its house in order before strategic talks: licensing, a partnership, or more. That’s my read and I could be wrong. The prospectus gives no hint of a deal, and the CFO says the cash funds the launch on its own. Either way, the data hasn’t changed, and today’s price is the one the market set under offering pressure. GL All

$IMMX Some guys want your shares before a binary event...which btw is not so binary as we can assume the data will be consistent with what we've seen before. Things will get worse before they get better. Seen this countless of times.

Citizens reiterated $IMMX Market Outperform-$23 on what it believes could be best-in-class results in relapsed/refractory AL amyloidosis and continues to be buyers. $REGN $ABBV JNJ SNY AZN Citizens said in its note to investors: Yesterday, Immix reported interim results based on all 45 patients treated in the NEXICART-2 trial, showcasing what we believe could be best-in-class results in relapsed/refractory AL amyloidosis. The company concurrently raised $125MM in an underwritten offering from dedicated marquee healthcare investors. Based on the conference call and the capital raised, we remain confident in the BLA submission for NXC-201 in 1H27. With a potential commercial launch in 2028, the initiation of a front-line study slated for 2027, and a solid cash position of $357.1MM (proforma), we believe Immix represents an attractive investment opportunity and continue to be buyers amidst the current weakness in shares.

$IMMX If you thought the asset was undervalued yesterday, today's data should only increase that conviction. Market sees dilution. I see validation. Price will catch up. Data already has.🎯📈

$IMMX One of the best parts about this company is that, once they are eventually approved, they don't need a sales force. They are already fully connected with the referral sources...

$IMMX Value investing at its finest. They hold 34% of their market cap as cash money. Average up, average down, get in, or just watch...I don't care...but, it's a no brainer IMO.

$IMMX From a shareholder standpoint, the frustration is obvious. Everyone waited for the data, got the data, then instead of "BLA imminent," the timeline moved out. Even if the reason is ultimately positive, the market tends to punish delays first and ask questions later. The timing is what catches my attention. We now have completed enrollment, strong NXC-201 data, institutional participation in the offering, and upcoming visibility at JPM. If you're a larger pharma company evaluating the asset, this seems like an attractive stage: efficacy largely demonstrated, regulatory path becoming clearer, and time to capture much of the future upside. The market seems focused on dilution. I'm more interested in why they chose to raise when they weren't backed into a financing corner. Why reduce financial risk? Why voluntarily delay BLA? What looks like dilution and delays today may end up looking like strategic preparation. Strategic negotiations or a more persuasive BLA. Onboard either way. GLTA

$IMMX As someone with 300 call options (that's 30,000 shares) expiring this Friday OTM, you'll not hear me crying about the PPS being cratered by the financing deal...and I'd have had a BIG WIN instead of a big loss if it hadn't been done. I'm a big boy and made a big bet and lost...so what? I'm with Fosco in my optimism for my 20,000 remaining shares and I KNOW I'm going to be a happy man come April...probably before. It's hard to understand people pissing and moaning about a an investment in a company with a likely 98% CURE RATE! So don't complain about financings and shorts -- thank them for this PPS, AND BUY MORE!! You're getting a gift! Ivorthedriver

$IMMX im up 1000% looking forward to 2000. I'm not going anywhere . Remember.. Data first - structure second - price last. This is a 100% winner and most know it. Accumulate as many shares that you can get. Focus on buying opportunity right now . Don't be fooled. people want your shares. As cheap as they can get them. We will reclaim $10 soon. The fight will be $10 to 11.50. Once that breaks the path back to 15 becomes easy.

$IMMX I'd encourage folks to watch the entire Sep 29 presentation which is available on Immix's website. Gabriel has always impressed me with his command of both the business and technical issues and he did so again here. Ilya did very well this time in highlighting the most significant results, especially those which differentiate NXC-201 from other CAR-T's and from ententamig. Michael Grabow also spoke very well - represented himself well in good command of the issues, especially wrt to the opportunity for premium pricing relative to other CAR-T therapies. They seem like a very competent, aligned team now. I get that folks want the share price home run now so that they can chase the next big opportunity but this one is worth staying the course with. GLTA.

$IMMX Lots of bitching and moaning on this board lately. Grow up! Management had their reasons for an offering and they’ve never, not once, disappointed with the capital they’ve raised. You and I might not know their intentions at this moment, but it will be clear at some point. If you can’t handle the swings perhaps move on or sell and try to buy back cheaper. I have no time for complainers. The data was stellar, they’ve never missed a deadline, analyst price targets mich higher than current price and rising. Boohoo

$IMMX Immix announces 89% CR rate in interim update across NEXICART-2 patients Immix Biopharma announced positive results of an 89% complete response, CR, rate in an interim update across all forty-five NEXICART-2 patients, advancing NXC-201 as a potential best-in-class therapy for AL Amyloidosis. All twenty-five new relapsed/refractory AL Amyloidosis patients are either in complete response or already minimum residual disease-negative. To-date, all patients achieving MRD-negativity reached CR within one year of treatment. Across all forty-five patients, NXC-201 produced an 89% CR rate as assessed by independent review committee. In four pending patients that are already MRD-negative, MRD-negativity in bone marrow predicts future CR, potentially increasing future CR rate up to 98%. No relapses to date have been observed for any patient who reached CR or MRD-negativity to-date. No neurotoxicity or enterocolitis has been observed to-date. NEXICART-2 final readout and BLA submission are planned in 2027.

$IMMX "We have cash on hand to fund all the activities we have covered today, which includes relapse refractory NEXICART-2, BLA submission, and commercial launch, all the way through mid-2028, assuming no revenue at all. And also funding the frontline trial." This statement here from Gabe Morris (the fucking CFO for cryin' out loud) at the MS love-fest is why I got head-faked and bought calls on 38,000 shares for October. W/O the dilution, this would have SOARED! If it's still at this PPS in 10 days...I'm down ~$100,000. I got the news I expected, but the LAST thing I expected was a fund-raising dilution to go along with it. Ah, well.... All the best, Ivorthedriver P.S. Don't cry for me...I still have 20,000 shares, too. It just means I'm back in the truck this Winter instead of retired.
