$IPWR FYI, Regarding the last virtual show, when Somo responded to THE question from an investor about the industry partner and the US Hyperscaler. We all noted that first would be some simulations and after, potentially a prototype, which was different from Q2 and why Somo did put it under the rug. I emailed IR and they confirmed that IPWR and the industrial partner will attend OCPGS to show the concept. That's good.

$IPWR right now wall street is valuing btran technology and patents at ~$27M: market cap of ~$67M minus ~$40M in cash on hand. The company has a several catalysts over the near term which could result in significant re rating of the stock. - JDEC qualification - Lazzen (lead Asia customer) final qualification and production PO(s) - Stellantis phase 3 completion - hyperscaler industry partner btran evaluation - other opportunities in data center, industrial, and automotive If they can achieve JDEC certification and meet Lazzen requirements and achieve their first production PO(s), this would also set the stage for potential strategic investor in 2027. Exciting times ahead.

They were going to build SSCB's for EV charging - DEAD END They were going to build custom parts for Stellantis - DEAD END They were going to build SSCB's for Asian "design win" - DEAD END NOTE - the "design win" in 2024 was a complete fabrication! $IPWR Mgmt has no incentive to make shareholders money. Never have, never will. They can just bilk shareholders indefintely as long as bottom-tier, schlocky bankers give them cash which mgmt pays themselves exorbitant salaries with. Along the way, shareholders have suffered reverse stock split and extreme dilution from secondaries with a massive 95% loss since inception. Don't be foolish, this is not going to change. I do have to admit, the story mgmt tells the street sounds good on the surface but if you do just a modicum of research you'll realize that you should not go anywhere near this stock. The product will never sell and there are multiple reasons both technical and economical. I've said it before and I'll say it again: Don't waste your time or money on this failed business. The only thing they've been successful at is duping shareholders out of their hard earned money.

$IPWR Finally after ten years it is high time for me to accept and admit that I have been absolutely dead wrong about this company. It has been one big, awful, slow-motion train wreck. Bulls got taken and slaughtered by Brdar, Burns, Somo and the incompetent Turmelle and the rest of the Board. Taking the big loss and moving on.
