$KPTI It is painful to watch the speculation on the stock price, but I see the extension very positive: bankruptcy can be ruled out. They might be waiting for FDA, but sNDA in itself does nothing to the cash situation. They likely have a deal pending on the FDA communication. Let's see whether there will be any leaks...

$KPTI I agree. This isn't going to bankruptcy. They are waiting for the sNDA acceptance of Selinexor for the treatment Myelofibrosis by the FDA. I'll add that on the last call, management sees peek sales for Selinexor for Myelofibrosis to be over $1 billion peak annual sales. Once it's accepted, it makes their term sheet for a restructured royalty deal much more clean. In the mean time, Xpovio for MM is already generating $115-130 million in revenues annually for $KPTI . All that for a company with a market cap of now $7 million? that's wild. When this rerates, it will catapult back to it's fair market cap. Listen to the last earnings call. Management is not worried about restructuring with their current lenders. They said they've done it before and their lenders have always been accommodating and willing to work with them, and they don't see this situation as any different. I see the company restructuring their royalty deal to go from 7%, up to 12-15%, in exhange for $50-100.

$KPTI I was staying away from Karyo for a long time. These are real hard times, because of immediate financing issues. But yesterday and today created a very attractive risk/reward situation. Not clear whether they will make it through the next weeks/months. But if they do, these days provide a great entry point. Big risk, but big reward. I am giving it a shot.

$KPTI I bought 25 more contracts Jan 2029 2.00 strike. Once the refinancing overhang clears then we are onto the science. Great entry imo. Time will tell.

$KPTI They extended the deadline to October 22nd. A deal must be in the works. Otherwise there is no difference between declaring bk now or in a week.

$KPTI I just bought into KPTI at an average price of $0.67. This thing is a real gamble. You could lose everything, or you could see a 10x return. Do your research and you'll understand why. I'm taking the bet.

$KPTI RICHARD PAULSON, BARRY GREENE, GAREN BOHLIN... WASTED HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS IN INVESTOR MONEY ON THE FUCKING ENTITLED LAZY UNPRODUCTIVE VACATION-CLUB STYLE CULTURE AT SHAREHOLDER COST. THEY'VE NEVER GIVEN A SHIT ABOUT SHAREHOLDERS OR WASTING OUR MONEY AS LONG AS THEY GOT THEIR FUCKING BIG BUCKS DESPITE THEIR LOUSY PERFORMANCE. GREAT FOR INSIDERS, GREAT FOR SHORT SELLERS, GREAT FOR THEMSELVES AND THE REST OF THE LOUSY BOARD. DISASTER FOR SHAREHOLDERS. AND IT'S NOT LIKE HE DIDN'T KNOW. WE WARNED THEM TIME AND AGAIN BUT THEIR MIND WAS SOMEWHERE ELSE APPARENTLY -- NOT WHAT THEIR MANDATE CALLED FOR (TO DRIVE SHAREHOLDER VALUE) BUT TO MAXIMIZE THEIR OWN EXPERIENCE AT OUR COST. THAT'S HOW IT APPEARS. AND MEANWHILE SOME HEDGE FUNDS HAVE MADE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF OUR MONEY.

$KPTI How many companies can you name which provide free daily catered lunches for all employees?! And if they even exist, how many do so as they're booking tens of millions in losses a month, but they don't give a shit about that, and continues to splurge shareholder money like there's no tomorrow? And when money runs out they raise money by toxic financing/dilution which screw up shareholders, and continues splurging, including giving away multiple DONATIONS of hundreds of thousands of dollars each, at shareholder cost. That's KaryoFUN: insiders like Richard Paulson, Mike Mano, Lisa DiPaolo get paid millions, and similarly, Barry Greene, Deepa Pakianathan, Chen Schor, Garen Bohlin, Christy Oliger, Mansoor Mirza, Zhen Su have gotten paid big bucks despite an absolutely miserable performance. I've worked for a lot of world-class companies and have NEVER seen such an irresponsible bunch of value destroyers who've apparently consistently breached their mandate and duty to create value.

$KPTI this wont go to BK cause créditors want their money. Probably they Will do a reverse Split and print more shares for them, dillution shareholders as hell.

$KPTI Here is the bottom line. The “Creditors” have already evaluated whether a bankruptcy is preferable to a restructuring. They granted an extension. It’s obviously, they prefer a restructuring even if it severely impacts shareholder value. (A bankruptcy wipes all value). The key part here is that at an 8M MC I believe the current price reflects a bankruptcy outcome. If a restructure occurs that preserves any shareholder value and this rerates big time. If that restructuring is an acquisition or if FDA approval comes on the heels of the restructure then you’re looking at a rocket here. The 0.50 strike calls out there are enormous and it’s going to squeeze like crazy. 🚀👀

$KPTI my assessment. Basically, the market is pricing in a bankruptcy. 13 million MC. Revenue is 10x greater then market cap. If it survives bankruptcy then the stock should rerate greatly. The problem now is that its creditors may force a bankruptcy and acquire a large ownership in the company thru a restructure effectively cutting out shareholders. A creditor could view 144m in revenue and the pipeline as more valuable after bankruptcy especially since they’d own a large share of the company. It’s a math issue whether company survival the debt payoff with interest and their holdings are of more value then forcing bankruptcy. I guess we will know soon.

$KPTI For years, the lousy, incompetent or compromised Richard Paulson/the Board of Directors led by Barry Greene that were supposed to control him, hurt the company financially in many ways including giving multi-six-figure donations and having lots of fun in celebrity photo shoots, and feeding their ugly faces with daily catered free lunches, and unnecessary travels, etc. etc. - everything good CEOs do NOT do. But they apparently never gave a shit about shareholders who hired them to create value. This picture shows they gave more money than Amgen! Hundreds of thousands of our money that they got by diluting us and toxic financing that paralyzed the company, with no fucking sense of ACCOUNTABILITY. And Paulson has the nerve after shit hit the fan to even utter the words "FINANCIAL DISCIPLINE".

$KPTI I think one thing I'm looking forward to is whether or not the FDA grants Priority review to the sNDA. If so, the PDUFA date would be the end of February. And since KPTI already has the commercial infrastructure for Selinexor (Xpovio), it means they could begin selling into the $1 billion Myelofibrosis indication as soon as next quarter. That is nuts to think about when looking at this $8 million market cap

Gius_me
$KPTI so they obtained first extension and probably another one till the end of the month to meet 60 days to get response by fda
2
pblegend66
$KPTI They certainly have options to get out of this situation. Xpovio currently generates about $130 million a year. That is valuable. And adding Myelofibrosis as a sNDA is even more valuable considering the lack of treatments. Getting another royalty deal of $150 million in exchange for 15% Xpovio revenues should be a no-brainer for both sides. The Market cap sitting under $10 million is ridiculous and will correct itself once the plan is announced. My guess is they want to make it contingent on the FDA accepting the sNDA, which will happen before the end of October.

$KPTI when’s the bankruptcy sale? I have a business where I buy used office equipment and electronics and wholesale them out. These morons probably have some top quality shit as they blew big $ on everything.
