$KZIA noted first patient dosed in Sovargen's Phase 1b/2a paxalisib trial for rare epilepsy, unlocking a $2M milestone.

$KZIA Dauntless Investment Group filed an amended Schedule 13G/A reporting beneficial ownership of 842,340 KZIA ADSs, or 5.4% of the company, based on 15,598,889 ADSs outstanding. The ownership event occurred September 25 and the filing was accepted by the SEC today. This is notable because Dauntless had reported essentially exiting KZIA at the end of 2025—just 1 ADS / 0.0% in its February filing. Its 13F history then shows rebuilding the position to about 79,832 ADSs in Q1 2026 and 354,208 in Q2. The new 842,340-share disclosure therefore represents a substantial further increase.

$KZIA Can this be the long awaited reversal day? Unbelievable weakness post the financing. I get that people don't like warrants but the overhang is now 100% higher than the share price...that shouldn't scare anyone. I continue to add. I'm a masochist I guess...

$KZIA well, I accumulated on dips. Quite the sweep. What a joke. Like Big Pharma and MMs are throwing a tantrum about not letting Kazia be a cheap acquisition.

$KZIA Existing investors in denial at the shameful way the company has treated them- while judging by the price action, others have just sold. Almost to the week, when the SP was moving & finally casting aside the shackles of years of additional stock dilution, what do they do....break disclosures of no more raises until 2028 ( despite $35m in cash), and flood the market with another up to 72% more stock. Multi issues abound as to the absolute stupidity of a raise now & the overhang the warrents create. The most historic, senseless and dumb decision ever recorded on a bouse-may not be an over statement. Why raise prior to a FDA meeting to discuss accelerated approval for GBM ? Independent of this woeful company, there is a very genuine chance of success. Spoon fed a golden opportunity in world standard work done for Paxalisib to treat Parkinson's - too busy ? we don't know, because they breach their continuous disclosure obligations, by not updating news on the PD collarbratorion.

$KZIA A range of recent activities of the company, have been detailed & presented to the regulator in Australia ( that organization is called, or abbreviated to ASIC )- for possible compliance breaches. The immediate goal is to see the replacement of the CEO by the Kazia Board, as a direct result of adverse ASIC findings. The recent toxic fund raising may breach previous disclosures made, in relation to timing & authority of the company for incessant and continuous issue of new shares. A formal agreement is in place for development of paxalisib as a potential cure for Parkinson's. Studies have successfully matured in PD and compelling new evidence is to hand that the Michael J Fox Foundation will fully fund a clinical trial. A strong case has been presented to ASIC that the company has not meet continuous disclosure obligations, specifically relating to its February 2025 Parkinsons Disease collarbrator announcement. A dramatic & decisive SP turnaround... should the CEO exit.

$KZIA Big volume. Could we actually hit rock bottom today? Market not friendly but this valuation is so cheap. GBM data coming soon could be a pleasant surprise for shareholders. Eventually this worm turns...

WTH is going on here? Who or what is driving this price down and why?

$KZIA So much disruption! Investors simply wish the company would stop disrupting the upwards trajectory of the stock price. A reasonable ask it would seem. Not pressuring the company to move quickly, just stop taking action to move backwards, suppressing the share price with gratuitous dilution under the guise of not wanting volatility; speculation. imo. And since they have decided they cannot walk and chew gum at the same time they seem to be avoiding any other applications upon which however they had eagerly raised investment dollars. This seems wrong. They are treating retail investors as adversaries. imo. And yet at the same time awarding management hundreds of thousands of share/options at preferred prices. And then claiming to be aligned with investors? Yeesh. That reeks. Nope not aligned. It is their little sandbox and you are not invited.

$KZIA it's heading towards thanksgiving again and needs to explain why his Kazia investment hasn't generated generational wealth yet. It's been over 7 years 😆

$KZIA didn’t you mention two weeks ago that you sold all your shares and won’t post anything here in this chat?

$KZIA The company needs to get off its backside and WORK on behalf of shareholders. It is not difficult to immediately turn things around, with just a little bit of effort. That post yesterday of the medical group out of Basel who call for & publish research on PI3K mTOR and human disease. Right now, the company has to reach out and make paxalisib available to these credible scientists, for their ongoing studies. 23 research works had been published & more this year. Precident exists for a very informal agreement, in this situation. Kazia is NOT selling out rights to pAX, or even starting a trial - rather just fostering more initial human disease research, on the central human metabolic pathway, (PI3K mTOR)with the best drug in the world to inhibitor ( repair) disease damage. Cranky at having to type the obvious here - TELL THE MARKET of pAX research for ageing, Alzheimer's, mouth, cardiac, blood cancers & so on. But oh no they are too busy presently. It is a bad situation here.

$KZIA Hey , are you familiar with the concept of "resource management" as it pertains to small biotech microcaps in early drug development phase? I mean you were bitching about the recent ill-advised financing. Do you want more dilution? You can't have it both ways my friend. PD has no partnered trial to fund an unproven hypothesis that reducing alpha-synuclein would be indicative of a clinical response. Has MJFF committed to fund a clinical trial? You are quoting academia in Israel. This requires massive $ that a non-profit would have to fund to justify further investment(Hindreds of Million $). Little Kazia has lower hanging fruit and a full plate. We know you are venting but you are also chirping nonsense. Give it up on the PD and Alzheimers early concept stuff. Develop within the company's means strategically . Bash JF for doing a dumb deal but be fair

$KZIA appreciate McGrupp, usually a good indicator manipulators are active and they are running low on funds to manipulate with, so they hire the like of McGrupp, which is often an indicator of MM desperation knowing they have to eat their own short and buy back soon enough. Of course, that is unless a bunch of actual people are dumb enough to sell into a short… instead of planning ahead and buying into it.
