I have an analysis for my followers on my personal email. however, all the information is already here. Roche has been surprised by the opportunity for a multibillion dollar treatment. This is because the transplants not only work, but are effective for early stage GA, thus increasing the TAM by billions. they have been working with the FDA to finalize the GAlette study with their recent breakthroughs in surgical equipment. The study could be open for enrollment again soon, with final cohorts of patients being treated in Q-1 2027.

If it can demonstrate that the same process feeds islet differentiation reliably, that would be a meaningful competitive advantage. The next milestone I would watch most closely is successful differentiation of the expanded cells into islet precursors, followed by evidence that the process can deliver consistent yields at larger volumes. $LCTX I'm glad for the uptick today, but nothing changed on the ride down or the way up. LCTX and Roche keep on doing the work, we will see it in the stock price eventually. We just do not know when, but it will happen.
