$LODE Notice the people who were strong bulls at 3 and 4 dollars are suddenly bearish or timid and fickle now that it is under 2. Those are the people getting washed out for us who not only see value but have the fortitude, patience and most importantly, capital, to finance the company when times are perceived to be rough. This moment is where deploying your capital provides the greatest benefit for both you and for the long term growth of the company. I now own more of this company than any investment outside of physical silver. I am buying with both fists.

$LODE Imagine the space that CDG fills in the heads of trolls like AlteredEgo. Multiple years after having lost money on a trade here, he wakes up EVERY single morning thinking about LODE. Very sad and unhealthy. Like a lot of LODEsters, I swing traded CISO and made a lot (3X - 4X) of money until I got caught in a swing that went the wrong way. CISO's CEO either incompetently set impossible guidance or flat out lied. I don't really care to find out which, it doesn't matter. I sold for a loss, moved the money elsewhere and removed it from my watchlist. Haven't thought about it since other than for the sake of this example. What happened to taking personal responsibility for your trades ?

$LODE newmark is one of the major players in CRE! They’re big dawgs! Glad to see a major brokerage shop will be handling SSOF! This is a very encouraging announcement.

$LODE Another week down, another week closer to the Multi-Hundred-Million-Dollar Newmark update on the Land-Power-Compute mega deal. A shrewd bit of business they did buying that land so cheap and getting gas to it. Soon there'll be piles of cash to lay the foundations for 20 years of exponential growth, exciting times.

$LODE I learned some 50 years ago you do not throw good money after bad. I've practiced that my entire life. But I will throw good money in an investment that is way undervalued, and wait it out.. Comstock strong.

$LODE You're going to get a breakout candle on volume today or tomorrow - but the big action, in my view, will be the pending/forthcoming MSA's that carry gravitas...Why do they? Because they represent an informal audit of the company from the MSA feedstock provider - aint none of them forking over panels without knowing they will be fully absolved of downstream risk in hiring us. These MSA's can come at any minute - and with them, an instantaneous dislodging of 70% of the overhead resistance - the remaining 30% will likely just sit it out and stay long...See what it gives us.....

$LODE Welp, the way I see it is in a couple week’s time, the price will have regained its footing and folks will look back on this October fuckery-fest and think, “Why didn’t I just hold?” Same as it ever was - EVERY SINGLE TIME. As long as there is the want of quick riches, there will be those who buy more than they can comfortably hold - and there will always be a market in some form or another that will manipulate their emotions and divest them of their money. More downside? Maybe…never…definitely….who knows…I just know you won’t get mine - cuz like many of the hearties in here, I’m built for this - the unpleasant drawdown here or there doesn’t phase me…I’ll just slowly add more - then the circus will move on to the next shiny object…Never too high on the highs, or low on the lows. See what it gives us.

$LODE Updated short figures: 332,479 shares added short as of September 30. More than 4% increase and now as 10.77% of the total float. Institutions hold approximately 65% of the float at around 50,000,000 shares. Approximately 30% of the free float is borrowed short. That does not include 13F exempt family offices, which have considerable holdings but exist in the dark. Have a nice weekend everyone! Especially the shorts! 😉

$LODE Onward...If you recently orphaned your shares fear not because they're safe and sound at Govidlino's place - an atmosphere free from erratic mood swings, pacing, nail biting and sudden bursts of reciting what was posted by experts on Yahoo Finance - they'll never be told they're not valuable and will never be cast aside on a momentary whim. Parenting is difficult - not everyone is cut out for it. Just glad I could be there in your weakness and keep these tykes off the street.

$LODE Nice to not need to worry about indicators and charts. When a Micro Cap lands a multi-hundred-million-dollar Power-Land-Compute deal it tends to blow technicals out of the water.

$LODE Short term, they own land, power, fibre, water that the richest tech companies are desperate for. Long term, they’re at the beginning of a recycling/critical minerals market expected to grow exponentially for 20 years. I see why institutions are buying, win-win.
