$LRMR 3 Catalysts within about 2 months time now. 3 catalysts that we know about. Unless management does a deal for the EU market... they could even do a deal like $TGTX did where you retain the right to call back the EU rights in the event of a buyout within a year, that would keep Deerfield happy, who's exit strategy is to put us up for auction once approval is secured...

$LRMR hard to believe this we keep going down after the person they just hired it couldn’t be any more obvious that they believe they are going to get approval and go to market

$LRMR No. I think you are confusing Larimar's Nomlabofusp with $BIIB 's drug Skyklarus... that drug delayed/eased symptoms of FA. LRMR's drug is disease modifying - by sufficiently raising the levels of Frataxin in FA patients, they become asmyptomatic... yes they still have the disease that causes frataxin deficiency, but the drug delivers enough frataxin that they can function normally.

$LRMR Today's PR announcement about hiring a COO suggests that the company is confident it will be submitting its application soon. Otherwise, there would be little need to bring someone on board in this role at this stage. While I don't expect today's news to have an immediate impact on the share price, it should give long-term shareholders greater confidence that the company is making meaningful progress and getting closer to the finish line.

$LRMR did Deerfield regret and cut their losses for year end tax harvest or what? Price has large dump in volume this week. We all know the clinical trial results is fragile at this moment with fda. Until then, nobody knows how the clinical data mature, except probably Deerfield and insiders? And, why didn't they load the boat at this dirt cheap price. Or, is it really dirt? No position. Watching on the sidelines. Good luck!

$LRMR 3,278,000 shares went through in 4 trades AH. I wonder if Blue Owl caused this. We will find out tomorrow if they are done.

$LRMR Would FDA approve a drug with this safety profile ? "...Anaphylaxis occurred in 10 of 41 participants in an open-label study, and 21 participants discontinued, the company said.."

$LRMR Just can't figure this out and I got stop lossed out of positions! Now have to reassess to reenter or wait for reversal trend or clarification on this drastic pull back.

$LRMR Harlow was at $ESPR for less than a year so hopefully he doesn't have the Esper permastink on him anymore.

$LRMR Company Role Held Year Sold Acquiring Entity Impact/Notes Esperion Therapeutics Chief Commercial Officer 2026 ARCHIMED Harlow led the commercial team through a pivotal growth year, expanding their cardiovascular portfolio before ARCHIMED completed a take-private acquisition of the firm. Melinta Therapeutics Chief Commercial Officer 2025 CorMedix Harlow built a comprehensive commercial platform that nearly doubled the company's revenue (delivering ~85% growth from 2020 to 2024), making it a highly attractive acquisition target. Additionally, earlier in his career, he served as a Director at Alpharma Inc., which was acquired by King Pharmaceuticals (and subsequently Pfizer). He was also an Executive Vice President at Recro Pharma, which underwent several restructuring phases and asset spin-offs (such as Baudax Bio) to maximize shareholder value.

$LRMR dropping on NO news. Yup, literally NO news of phase 3 first patients enrolled. If this gets delay, the rest gets delay. 4 months safety gets delayed as well. And once she confirmed delay another quarter with another quarter, this will gets hit. Not saying this is doomsday, but just saying it will probably gets lower before anything else. If need more funding, this will get dilution. CEO has delayed this for 2 years and counting. 2024 PR says filing. Go read their PR. Exciting news in 2024, and plan to file on that year! Same as now. What are we still waiting for?

$LRMR It seems likely that it will go to test the 1.6 to 1.8 support range by the end of October. Information void Unfulfilled promises Tax-Loss Harvesting Lack of momentum Small-cap biotech weakness since mid-August It’s a great stock, but the lack of buying at key support shows the market finds it unappealing. Based on the Investor Event, the BLA will likely be submitted between late November and early December... Still, management's recent response is deeply disappointing.

$LRMR BLA announcement and 1 patient dosed is imminent. Question is, how low do we go before that?

$LRMR Re-entering the position 🔄 It’s sad that management broke their promises 😢, but I feel like the risk-reward profile is just too good at this price point. Looking at management's past behavior and the competitive landscape, I honestly expected them to break their word. For now, the most important thing for this company is 'accelerated approval.' (Collecting data on naive patients is far more critical than starting Phase 3.) If they don't update us with any new info along with the first patient dosing news, I think that will be the time to start reducing position sizes or rebalancing. That would be the moment to seriously question a company that's just mindlessly burning through all that cash before achieving 'accelerated approval.' Oh, one last thing—I occasionally see Lexeo being mentioned, and while it's a great company, if you want to make a comparison, matching it against Solid Biosciences will give you a much better understanding of the FA indication and LRMR.

$LRMR This one is really befuddling to me. I don't see the reason for getting slammed, what am I missing? They fall behind schedule? Adverse event? Dumped more shares on the market?

$LRMR I agree this is good news. I think it would be down more without this new hire. All my Bio's are down a LOT. This could have done better if they did what they said they would and dosed the first patient in Q3. It's either an execution problem or patients aren't that interested in the drug. I'm a member of Bio5C. Over the years, everyone there has noticed that, across hundreds of tickers, being slow to dose and slow to populate a trial directly correlates with overall success. The faster a Bio populates a trial, the more directly it correlates with drug approval.

$LRMR $LRMR keep delaying and cash burn. Probably delay submission to year 2027 too! With her lips service and track record. Just saying

$LRMR problem is high cashburn. Cash into Q3 2027 means raise within 2-4 months. Big dilution coming in catalyst desert. Need to get those out of the way or drifting down further…..newbies getting schooled in microcap dynamics.
