$LTRN an offering at $1.09, then a delisting notice. This guy sharma talked this shit up with the ai tool and spin off. So far, he’s done the opposite of what he said he would which was to create shareholder value. He has lost some credibility.

$LTRN The one thing I hold on to is the tight capital structure. They will only have 17-18MM shares outstanding fully dilutive which no biotech can remotely be anywhere in the ballpark with all the trials and 2 subsidiaries. No where.

$LTRN Back in August I said it's too risky. I said they will do diluting capital injections, and the next one won't bring them to cash flow positive, so will need more. Many more. Looks like I was right. It's kind of sad, but biotech is a harsh environment now. It will be difficult for newcomers to raise enough capital to bring their drugs to market. I really hope for good trial results for $LTRN so their SP will do a big jump to the upside.

$LTRN after watching the video of them at "think Equity": the drug pipeline looks promising. The AI tool and spin off to me are questionable. I don't beleive this bum sharma. And sharma has the charm and charisma of a wet sock. the presentation was very low energy. There is also a video from a few weeks ago where he walks through the AI tool. i found it to be underwhelming as well. I think this stock is unfairly beaten down based on the drug pipeline. The current price IMO is based on CEO risk. He strikes me as incompetent and untrustworthy.

$LTRN its not looking good. CEO has a poor track record, has been a disaster in this one so far. Now he’s got trouble with the nasdaq listing with the low market cap and price under a dollar. I also think he’s dishonest. We’d be better off with competent management. I have not decided on the shares. Hate to dump them at these prices. But very disappointed with this ugly fat fuck of a ceo.
