$LUCD I had a $25K CD mature today. Can you guess what I did with the money? At this point, I'm buying because I believe in the fundamental value of Esoguard. The clinical data are flawless, all of the guidelines are aligned (ACG, AGA, NCCN), and all of the KOLs supportive. It's a life saving tool to screen patients who wouldn't otherwise be screened, and allows GI clinics to grow their endoscopy business. It addresses a cancer that is skyrocketing in incidence. Margins are 90%, pricing is solid, and the TAM is absolutely enormous. Somehow, someway, this becomes worth more than $100M.

$LUCD Do you want to feel better about holding your shares? I sold 3k shares of AMD at $13 and it just hit a new high of $658. Sometimes, it’s just about patience and waiting for the plan to come together! Ugh!😩

$LUCD Lucid effectively has national coverage for Medicare patients RIGHT NOW by sending tests to the new CLIA lab in Texas. How is the market not realizing this? Here is another precedent for this pathway - Aspira stated in a recent SEC filing that because their tests are performed in Texas, that "Novitas Solutions essentially provides national coverage for patients enrolled in Medicare." https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/926617/000149315225004349/forms-1a.htm? Aspira has an LCD with Novitas, but Novitas is very clear that in the absence of an LCD or NCD, they cover based on reasonable and necessary guidelines. We have strong evidence for reasonable and necessary which continues to be validated by professional societies and LBMs like Concert. For a long time, Lucid was throttling test volume growth due to lack of coverage. Now Lucid sales reps can go wild selling to the Medicare population. In other words, this is where the rubber meets the road. Test volume and revenue should start to increase in Q4 2026.

$LUCD The paper gives a valuable glimpse into how Esoguard could scale. It involves 4 GI centers in 3 locations, a time period of 18 months, and 12,000 consecutive Esoguard patients. That's 500 tests per center, per quarter. There are approximately 1,500 GI groups in the US. If Lucid can get 10% of them doing 10% of the tests that these 4 are doing, it's 7,500 tests/quarter. Now imagine 50% of them doing 50% of the volume (187K tests/quarter) or 75% of them doing 100% of the volume (562K tests/quarter). Then throw in primary care and hospitals systems. Then double the size of the screening population. Off the charts potential. I understand why most investors dismiss Lucid: revenue and test volume has been flat, dilution has been frequent, and cash run way is relatively short. But as of last week, Lucid transitioned into it's growth phase. This ugly caterpillar is about to emerge from it's cocoon and become a beautiful butterly.

$LUCD , October 01, 2026 Recommendations Needham sees no reason for Lucid Diagnostics selloff today LUCD | 12:16 PM Needham says the firm spoke to Lucid Diagnostics to understand possible reasons for today's selloff. Management is not aware of news or other factors that would justify the pullback, and highlighted Lucid's recent press release about reimbursement progress, the analyst tells investors in a research note. As such, Needham is a buyer of the stock on today's selloff. It keeps a Buy rating on Lucid Diagnostics with a $3 price target. The stock in midday trading is down 27% to 55c. Related Articles

$LUCD my office manager with over 30 years of medicare billing experience predicts if everything went at planned with Medicare we will be paid by this Thursday via Novitas Solutions. She explained that they should have consecutively batched a smaller number of claims to test for problems. Then when it is happening as planned you open the floodgates. For listening to past Lucid discussions that was exactly their plan and I'm sure that is what they did. While software catches errors in coding and helps fix it near immediately it is also very likely due to the extreme importance of getting this right they consulted with multiple medicare, molecular diagnostic, and Novatis consultants to make sure they got it right. I'm ready for the good news.

$LUCD Yesterday I had a nice conversation with a physician friend of mine. Yes, he is also invested here. We discussed what stands between 500m and 20B for Lucid. To get to 500M we need to become the future standard of care, which is more than apparent that is the direction that we are headed. Once we are the standard of care it's to the Billions with 20B being just a matter of time.

$LUCD we are now currently billing $1938 per test to medicare expecting reimbursement....let that sink in for a minute.

$LUCD Trading below $1 does not mean delisting or reverse split. Nasdaq allows qualifying companies up to 360 days to regain compliance. A favorable MolDX decision, stronger earnings, new contracts, or Texas clarity could quickly push LUCD above $1, making this a temporary setback and potentially an exceptional buy the dip opportunity. 💎🙌

$LUCD I added more today like an addict. The share price is too cheap not to average down a bit. Nothing has really changed and we're in a waiting game. Just my opinion based on what we know. Just trying to be patient (although being deep in the red on this has tested me many times). Still willing to give this a bit more time to play out. Medical space is tough.

$LUCD Bought 20k more, will keep adding 20k on each .05 drop. Its pretty cheap, they do need to raise capital but, this is ridiculous its not in death spiral financing yet, and they have a potential source of ramp up on revenue in the interim. Seems excessive.

$LUCD anyone talking to IR? I haven’t gotten any responses to my emails or calls. There needs to be some transparency here this is out of control.

$LUCD Big, big news. "Lucid will begin submitting Medicare claims this month under EsoGuard's PLA code, 0114U, for tests performed at its Texas laboratory." That's an excellent stopgap as we wait for MolDX.

$LUCD The MolDX delay is frustrating, but investors may be overlooking the bigger picture. Texas Medicare billing and VA hospital adoption could become two powerful revenue engines, easing cash burn, reducing dilution risk, and strengthening LUCD’s financial position. If these channels gain traction, Lucid won't have to rely solely on MolDX's timeline. Building financial independence while Medicare coverage plays out. MolDX could become the catalyst, not the lifeline.

$LUCD Back on 6/4 I put the odds at: 25% June 50% by end of August 70% by end of September. September isn’t over yet. Today’s news doesn’t mean MolDX has made its decision. But Medicare billing is now moving forward through the Texas lab while the MolDX reconsideration continues in California. Sometimes the door opens. Sometimes you find another door. I still like where we’re standing.

$LUCD I just want to be transparent with all my people here. I have sold all of my $PAVM and moved everything to $LUCD … I am buying my last few blocks of Lucid entry over the next few weeks. Added a ton around .64.. good luck to everyone in both of these names.

$LUCD I don’t know what will Happen to lucd, but you probably don’t need to worry about a R/S any time soon. Lucd would get the 6 month grace period just like PAVM did. If Moldx takes 6 more months to get their shit together then we probably have bigger problems than a R/S

$LUCD hard to watch this and keep being hopeful. Might be time to have attorneys look into a prospect of class action against management? Have already identified lapses in the timeline when they were stating near future and repeated discussions with MoIDX. If the cash pile burns, whats the harm in holding those folks accountable while they line pockets with 6 figure salaries.
