$NTLA A few thoughts about Cathie Woods First, I appreciate the posters here who give updates on CW's purchases of NTLA. CW's detractors like to say that her ownership of an equity is some kind of reverse indicator. Slightly humorous, but I don't trust your motives. She has had ups and downs in her plays, as everyone knows. But she is still actively in the game. Being trusted with the management of lots of other people's dough, she continues to pour millions into NTLA. Is this the desperate doubling down of a loser? I think not. CW believes Intellia possesses disruptive tech that will be a transformative force in medicine. I believe she would only be maintaining and continuously adding to her NTLA bet based on rigorous, up to the minute research and intimate knowledge of the whole Intellia op that verifies her belief. So, scoff away, you CW scoffers. I do not trust your motives. And please keep posting, CW followers. I'm betting with her.

$NTLA Barclays analyst Gena Wang puts a $8 PT on Intellia with the main reason being that the ''market is already fully occupied by competitors'' and that there is no room for Intellia anymore. However, this is where every negative analyst misses the point. Intellia's Lonvo-z is a CURE rather than just another prophylactic treatment. A one time injection and then, as a HAE patient, you are DONE for the rest of your life. No more injections, no more panic when going on vacation thinking you forgot your medication. NO MORE SWELLINGS. Another point she mentioned is that Lonvo-z adoption would probably be ''very slow''. More than 90% of HAE patients is willing to try other therapies given the big burden the disease is having on their lives. Intellia has already hired several medical personnel to spread the word and make patients aware of the fact that there is a permanent treatment on the way for some time now. There will be HAE patients waiting in line for the Lonvo-Z one time therapie!

$NTLA So the same analyst that gave NTLA a $14 price target last year bear before BLA submission is now giving a target of 8. Barclays want in, but they want in at a cheap price. I hope it backfires

$NTLA 12-14 november is the ACAAI conference. Intellia published several pressrelases around that conference. What we already know: this time Intellia reserved 1 booth and 2 slots for presentations. Via LARVOL we have a direction what it could be: Attack-free/LTP-free en Four-year durability/safety. 6 oktober is closing date for deadline late-breaking abstracts. Prepare for excellent data👍

$NTLA The risks here are 110% priced in. The upside is about 10% priced in. So owning NTLA is both scary and exciting.

$NTLA Dr. Jing L. Marantz is a highly experienced biotechnology executive with more than 25 years in drug development, particularly rare diseases. Why her appointment matters for NTLA I consider this a positive strategic appointment for three reasons. Regulatory experience: She has helped companies navigate FDA and international regulatory processes, which is particularly valuable as Intellia advances toward potential product approvals. Rare-disease commercialization: She has experience taking therapies beyond clinical trials into commercial use. Relevant technology experience: Her background at Alnylam and Krystal Biotech gives her exposure to RNA therapeutics and gene therapy, although that does not automatically establish direct CRISPR gene-editing expertise. Intellia says she will oversee clinical development, regulatory affairs, translational medicine and medical affairs.

$NTLA Every time I hear about Cathie Woods hoovering up more NTLA shares, I ask myself a question: Is there any argument against buying ntla that she has not heard, researched thoroughly, considered, and dually dispensed with before counting to make her aggressive purchases? Once I've answered that question with a no, and I see that she is still aggressive in her buying, I feel more confident in my own purchases. And that is despite what some of her detractors say about her being a reverse indicator regarding her investment choices.

$NTLA the daily pill Oraldeyo for HAE retails at $1700 per pill! Cheaper wholesale, but insurance companies are still looking at 500K per year! Lonovo-z is onetime, but with 4 to 6 times that cost - so thats recoverable in 4-6 years. Intellia is apparently working on payment agreements, especially for situations where insurance companies change - it’s likely they will figure something out. From the patient perspective - what would you prefer if the insurance is going to pay for the pill or the one time treatment? Given the steep cost of the pill why would I want to take on the uncertainty of high insurance payments every year through the rest of my life? I would likely opt for the one time cure - and the strong interest in signing up for Clinical Trials is a very positive sign. Then there’s nex-z! Thats much larger, even if the issues are very similar. I think Gena Wang got this one wrong.

$NTLA Hahaha, Barclay James Harvest, those greedy little bastards are your original market manipulators of the worst and most obvious kind. Great for anybody who thinks about opening a position in NTLA. I actually think that this is a bullish sign mid-term. Will stack up once the smoke clears. Laugh at it and be a little patient, at least that’s my strategy.

$NTLA I think whats interesting about gene editing that is different is for markets like HAE, once NTLA starts in on it, the market shrinks which sounds bad but it also means nobody will want to try to enter it because its getting smaller. Leaving all the pie for NTLA, same for ATTR or any functional cures

$NTLA If a recession were to hit, Intellia will be way better off than it's peers. With Lonvo-Z pending approval (exp. march '27) and Nex-z advancing in stage 3, they will make money very soon, recession or not.

$NTLA Assuming AI fully commoditizes the genetic "scissors" (the enzymes), delivery technology becomes the ultimate bottleneck and holds nearly all the economic cards. Intellia isn’t just an enzyme company; they are a recognized leader in in vivo LNP delivery. Their proprietary LNP platform successfully achieved a historic 93% reduction in disease-causing liver proteins in clinical trials. They are heavily insulated from the AI threat because their delivery tech is world-class and already proven in humans [Written by specific prompts to Gemini]
