$NTRP Vote results are in: roughly 6.7–7.0M votes FOR each proposal.
For context, the DEF 14A lists insiders with ~6.15M shares beneficially owned.
That's not necessarily equivalent to votes cast, but it raises the question: how much did retail shareholders participate in this vote?

#NTRP share issuance proposals I’m tracking passed, including the Lind note/warrant proposal. My concern: potential dilution & the terms of what I consider a potentially toxic financing.
Video soon w/my analysis & opinion on lender’s incentives, the vote results, & what NTRP investors should watch next.
I've been analyzing NTRP for over a year. I own no position & have outlined previously the 3 main things I'm watching:
1) Whether the October 9 vote lifts the 19.99% cap.
2) Whether the first two note payments (beginning Nov 2026) are paid in cash or stock.
3) What the next two quarterly revenue figures and net profit/loss look like - specifically, whether they meet management’s glowing expectations.
