The evidence appears overwhelming shareholder value is maximized via M&A exit, and in 90% of these cases within 2 years of FDA approval. Studies from industry, government & academia looking at thousands of drug development programs over the last 50 years conclude only 95-98% of new cancer drugs in Phase 1 are never approved. $NUVB if you don’t think this is intentionally being brought down you need to give your head a shake. Look at the fundamentals. Nothing but good news and reiterated buys and initiated buys from analysts. Nothing has changed for the worse. This is 1000% market manipulation. Funds wanted in lower so they brought it down lower. They wouldn’t do it for you or I but that’s the game I guess.

As our colleague mentioned, perhaps the person who was always manipulating this stock has cashed out. Personally, I believe it’s going to skyrocket—it’s just a matter of when.

$NUVB An interesting day worth remembering and revisiting later. Close to 15 million shares changed hands without any good or bad news, not in Triple Witching day of 9/18 but some funds picked the 1st Oct Friday to execute this huge volumes targeting a small biotech led by a industry well known founder CEO who sold his last company Medivation for $14 Billions to PFZ 10 yrs ago. Btw Dr Hung owns 60 million shares/RSU so he has $25 M paper losses today & $150+M losses in past 40-day when NUVB reached $7.58 high on 8/19/26. So 100% it caught his attention. The Question is what’s he going to do about it? IMO, the June Offering was a good idea but priced too low so the over hang provided the hedge funds a free bank run for too long. Longs can find my posts using ADPT as the sample to point out that NUVB should’ve been out of the hedge overhang in almost 3-M long. For that I blame all on the CFO Phillips executed poorly and stopped our momentum and hurt us all. Better days ahead.

$NUVB NUVB doesn't necessarily need 2,000–3,000 new patients annually to create a billion-dollar drug. If treatment lasts sufficiently long, (40m) 1,200 new patients per year could be enough. 100 new first-line patients every month, and each patient stays on treatment for an average of 40 months( i am not using 50m which they got recently..) , annual U.S. net revenue could approach $1 billion from those first-line patients alone. Using our assumed $245,000 net annual revenue per patient: MATURE ANNUAL REVENUE SCENARIO $980 million/year 100 new patients/month × 40 months of treatment × $245,000 per patient-year. So as i said, give it some time to roll, we are still in the beginning of a beautiful journey.. Right now we are at 50 patients per month.. Patients will stay in Ibtrozi, because it is best in class , with fewer side effects than the others.. We are sitting in a gold mine here, but MM and funds trying their best to hide it from us..

$NUVB Yesterday big funds, scooped more than a 1.5m shares.. they waited the right time to press the button and they will continue to do that in those levels, they have plenty of patience and money! Regarding the drugs, especially Ibtrozi, we know that 3000 patients is the pool every year, which means 250 patients every month... NUVB already is having 50 patients so far from 1st line, which means 1/5 already is taken from the company which is a great deal.. If you read the latest transcript, Hung said that they will soon take all the patients from the current competitor drugs.. but the biggest opponent is the IO chemo.. His words " If we were to double from IO chemo, that would take us to 100, and if we were to double that from testing, that could take us to 200".. So give it more time for the doctors to educate themselves, it takes time to change the way someone's works.. New guidelines, more conferences, better testing will bring us to the top! Less than 2 years, i can see that happen

$NUVB I believe I see on Marketwatch that RBC Capital just reiterated buy and $20 target on October 7th. Anyone catch that? Analysts don’t mean sh!t to me…but RBC is usually mildly insightful.

$NUVB So I ve taken another position at what should be the bottom...please Lord...My other position in another account is about $11,000 in the red I ll just have to hold onto...you only lose when you sell or it goes to zero...this has been a rough ride !
