$NXGB $NXGB "ALERT: As of 10 minutes ago, BLAQclouds has acquired all of the outstanding convertible debt from attorney Vic Develaeminck and will be retiring this debt today. This makes up $375,000 in outstanding corporate obligations that are now at ZERO. We have also terminated the 1/4.21, 2/4/21 and 4/30/20 notes which will be reflected in the next company financial filing. As of today, the company no longer has toxic debt on its books. CONGRATS TEAM!!!!"
