$PAAI These bears are dumb yall. Nothing about this deal is actually bad for Paradium. If anything its bad for RTB. How do you think RTB is going to pay for the 49% of paradiums outstanding shares?... Dilution of RTB obviously. Paradium is getting almost 12 million worth of RTB stock that they can probably sell when ever. They are selling thier media and brands but they actually get to keep ownership of everything. RTB is taking care of a bunch of the expenses. Paradium will recieve a certain percentage of the annual revenue. We dont know the split yet obviously. RTB is literally doing all of the leg work for Paradium. It may not be a true buyout but nothing about this is actually bad for paradium.

$PAAI If I dont see some kind of reversal or sign of life by the end of the day Im out. No reason for it to have been haulted for almost 24hrs straight. No reason for it to still be dumping, and all of a sudden its trade able all night on webull? Alot of suspicious behaviour.
