$PCSA Over the last 5 years, Processa Pharmaceuticals Inc. (PCSA) stock has declined by approximately -99.96%. That is the legacy left by David Young and Patrick Lin. Not sure how either sleep at night knowing what they directly oversaw and did to shareholders. And yet they paid themselves nearly $2M a year on salaries across the management team and made out well in the recent merger transaction leaving existing Processa shareholders with under 1% of the new company.
