$PDSB When PDSB discontinued its Phase 3 trial, I completely lost hope. I mentally wrote off my investment because constantly thinking about my losses would only bring frustration and regret. Then, out of nowhere, Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong’s investment, the PDS0101 licensing discussions, and the plans for PDS0301 Phase 3 gave me hope again. I started buying more shares and significantly averaged down. Now, I’m almost back in the green, but I have no intention of selling a single share. I’ve been through the worst, and now I want to see where this journey takes us. I trust Dr. PSS, I believe in the science, and I believe the best is yet to come.

Four longtime directors resigned effective Oct 18 and three new ones were appointed. Nant's two board picks now chair key committees: Dr. Soon-Shiong runs Compensation and NantBio's CFO James Banaag runs Audit. My read is that Nant is tightening its control there. This doesn't directly affect IBRX.

$PDSB If clinical progress on PDS0301 accelerates, Dr. PSS may execute the PDS0101 agreement early to consolidate the entire pipeline under his umbrella. $100-$250 million if PSS opts to outright buy PDS0101. It would be prudent for Nant/$IBRX buy them out. 👉

$PDSB The data presented on 10/15/26 by Dr. Hernandez for metastatic colon cancer was amazing. This study, and the follow-up, which is to begin in 1Q 2027, are run by and paid for by the NIH. That is incredibly valuable. PSS science has nothing to do with this HAIP metastatic colon cancer indication for 0301. Dr. Hernandez seems very important to our future. I hope PSS is too. And maybe Ted Ross one day out of the blue.
