Cuban gave up his baby and stayed invested in the casinos for a reason. Texas will be legalized. That market alone is bigger than the market right now. If Texas is not legalized, what this tells me is the illegal gambling operations in Texas are giving politicans such large kickbacks that they are willing to sacrifies tens of millions of dollars in tax revenue.

PENN’s Q2 revenue was $1.76B, compared with $1.71B a year earlier, while net income increased to $32.6M from a $18.3M loss in Q2 2025. Its Interactive segment reported $349.4M in revenue and an adjusted EBITDA loss of $9.5M.

ARDO (regression momentum oscillator) dropped from overbought to CAPITULATION, its deepest phase, in about nine sessions. Caution: ARDO's odds of reaching its strongest phase sit 10 points below the CAPITULATION average on PENN, a meaningful negative edge. Earlier STALK marks in this decline came early. Levels: support 14.39, then 13.9 (78.6% retrace), then 13.4–13.7 (April lows). Resistance 14.94, 15.24, 15.65–15.90, then 16.3–16.7. NFA
