Powerus has received an order of $82 million for counter-unmanned aerial systems, the second order placed under an existing U.S. government IDIQ contract. Deliveries are expected over the next several quarters. We build these systems in the United States, using NDAA-compliant components. $PUSA If you are going to buy drones to be used in military operations, wouldn't you seek to buy them from someone whose lesdership actually served our country honorably using drones personally on the battlefield and in their past missions? Seems like an obvious answer to me. Talk about on the job real world training. There are those who talk, and those whose actions speak for themselves. 🇺🇸💪

$PUSA based on recent dilution, sad to say this could go to .30. basic math. They'll probably bleed it down there until Trump's on his way out and they'll get rewarded with a huge contract.

$PUSA These types of mergers almost always drop after listing. Anyone who was expecting it to immediately take off were mistaken (clearly). This has been a day trade. For now. The most recent S4 shows the share count to be around 210M. At the current price, that puts it around a market cap around $550M. The independent valuation pre merger valued the company between $780-920M, and that was before this latest $82M order shows that their forecasts are achievable. So yes, some investors are cashing out their newly acquired shares, but this company is still undervalued. Once they start delivering on this new order and the Middle East contract, and hopefully announce some new orders, it should recover from this drop and then some. Until then, it’s still a day trade. I believe in the company long term, as things are lined up for it to be successful. When they start delivering, we’ll be rewarded. So I’m keeping (and adding to) my core shares, while day trading the eff out of it on the side.

It is now their baby, unrestricted in their ability to now lead from the front. I know both of them personally to some degree, having seen a little of who they are as humans, behind the titles so to speak. I respect them both. Those who know me are well aware that I often bet on the jockey. While management isn't always an assurance of ultimate success, and they must certainly execute, I can say without hesitation that this team will do everything in their power to create value for shareholders. As very large share owners themselves, their goals are all aligned with all shareholders. Not a bad foxhole to be in.
