$PWCM So basically this has book value of $18 and has been shorted hard core for years now. These guys finally PAY OFF NEARLY ALL DEBT and have like $5M in cash and bitcoin and $12M in hard capital data center and 26MW power assets. The stock pops a whopping 50 cents on that amazing news. And now the shorts have knocked it like 7 cents under where it was before they even announced that they paid off the debt. Crazy. Essentially this is just algo shorts who don't know shit other than the chart says they have been dumping shares on this for years. If management can announce a LOI or any kind of imminent power deal for that 26MW this will squeeze to the moon. And that is no joke. 17M assets, only 1M in debt and big time revenue coming in with only 2.4M outstanding shares.

$PWCM I’ve just read the proxy. I’m not filled with confidence. Bruce sure appears like a greedy ass. The whole world is looking for power and this stock is sitting on close to 75WM power with 26MW immediately available and the stock is at $2 mil market cap?? This has to be the worst management in history. The power they have is worth about $600 mil annual revenue for HPC contract. Surely you can partner with someone and take a cut without diluting shareholders like AGPU Take 50% you greedy piece of shit
