RADX Radiopharm Theranostics Ltd - ADR

$RADX In addition to all this financial fiasco that's weighing us down, we can see that we're dealing with a bunch of amateurs... it's really going to be complicated to recover.

$RADX Will it be the week? Big meeting with FDA on oct 1st to align on the pivotal Phase 3 design for RAD101

$RADX oral presentation at sno is great, hopefully they present the full dataset and have a partnership lined up. This will barcode for awhile

$RADX 🤞A major stake confirmed: Lantheus Holdings (a global leader in radiopharmaceutical imaging) officially announces a 20.9% stake in Radiopharm Theranostics, acquired through private placements and options. A deep strategic partnership: This stake is not simply a passive financial investment; it is backed by clinical co-development and technology transfer agreements. A heavyweight sponsor: Having a major industry player like Lantheus committed to a nearly 21% stake provides significant protection and industry validation of the scientific value of Radiopharm's assets (particularly its theranostic pipeline). A strong signal ahead of the FDA: Seeing this type of institutional investor consolidate and formalize its presence transparently in the lead-up to the October 1st regulatory meeting strengthens the credibility of the company in the face of retail market doubts.

$RADX Bought more this morning. Not happy about this at all. The deal yesterday by Novartis pisses me off. We are valued at cash, the market values our tech at $0. And that is 100% on mgmt for not creating a new stream of stabliziing instit investors and relationships with analysts to raise awareness on retail side. Instead every bit of positive news = dilution. I can only avg down now. Curium has a pretty aggressive approach, maybe we see a hint of insight from them. ugh.

$RADX late breaking oral presentation at sno26 is a big deal. Hopefully they present specificity / sensitivity data for Rad101

$RADX it looks like today the price will fall below 1$ and soon a reverse split, most probably when we will recieve fda meeting minutes. Jesus what a monumental cluster fk.

$RADX With such a low price, and even though Phase 3 RAD101 isn't completely risk-free yet, it wouldn't be unreasonable to see a hostile takeover bid of $150 million. At that point, I'd be so happy to sell my shares at $8! 😁😁 So, we're still down 5% today? What a terrible idea to have bought a company with such incompetent management. The payoff is inevitable, and it's not over yet...

$RADX now back up. As usual shaky investor. Bought some more, dont you see it's going according to plan? What happens in Axs is irrelevant. Worst stock owners ever.

$RADX This has been a highly coordinated takedown since end of July. You can see the channel clearly.

$RADX i really would hope for a buyout - crossed finger for next week. Hoping that press release take time to let the deal happens.

$RADX that is pretty unbelieveable. whoever is responsible for this "mistake" should be fired.

$RADX Waiting for formal schedule 14A or Form 8-K to show up and sling shot to the moon! 🌕

$RADX “RAD101 represents a differentiated imaging approach targeting fatty acid synthase, a compelling biological mechanism that has demonstrated promising clinical potential in brain metastases,” continued Mr. Canevari. “As we prepare for pivotal development, we are also evaluating opportunities to engage with potential strategic partners who recognize the value of this program and share our vision for bringing this innovation to patients and clinicians worldwide. Given the scale of the opportunity and the maturity of the asset, we believe now is the appropriate time to explore pathways that could maximize both clinical impact and long-term value creation.”

$RADX Radiopharm Theranostics breached ASX Listing Rule 10.11 by issuing more SPP shares and options to directors than shareholders approved, due to a lower final price; excess will be sold or cancelled. Under normal conditions not a big thing, but, kinda sloppy at this stage you could argue for..

$RADX calm down everyone. Off course very disappointing lately but the plan and progress is still to play out. Sell if you fell this will go way south otherwise nothing has really changed lately, if it would have gone +1% every day we all would be talking about the coming data? Sure still a risk to go under 1$ but as a ads it is a little easier to make quick cpr(change the ads ratio) then a stock split. Its not good, but it will go quicker and less painful in the short term. And first and foremost we are not there yet. Keep the faith that Canaveri has a plan and that execution goes accordingly otherwise it's better to sell now. The meeting minutes can come already next week and if its good I bet we will have a whole other discussion here.

$RADX the problem with RADX is too many retail holders. Institutions won’t let it rip unless enough of us give up our shares so they can load up.

$RADX I just don’t get why no one wants to buy this turd as a whole ? Preclinical companies with zero cash have been acquired in the past so why not this one ?

$RADX The investors presentation looks bad: 1. They need 320 patients for phase 3, that's a lot, if they are burning now 55mil per year, what amount will they burn then ? it could easily be over 100 mill. 2. Phase 2b is taking now 2 years for 30 patient and we still don't have full specificity and sensitivity. 320 patients will take easily 3-4 years and FDA approval another 1-2 year if everything is good. 3. They still don't have a partner, they expect soon letters of intention, wtf is that? Do they expect to finance the company with good will letters now? How much time it will take after they receive the letters to initiate a partnership another 2-3 months. 4. By the end of this month all the raised cash will be gone, if they will rise at this price levels, we will be diluted by another 50% just to finance the company for another 1-2 months. P.S. It looks very bad :(((

$RADX Blue earth did same phase 3. FDA meeting will just give them same terms. Key here is final specs on truth data. Concordance is meaningless
