$REKR It's a lot of information I just posted most already know this but if you're new here and interested in the company you should take a look at these messages to give you some color on the CEO running the show here.

$REKR Timeline of Berman's own share ownership.. This is pathetic for the founder + CEO. 2.6m total shares holding as of today but keep reading... Almost 1.2m of these shares came in the early days through his own investment real estate practice Acon Road Partners (probably used that as a write off on some of his real estate deals back in 2023) Just this past April 21,2026 he received 1m shares as a "stock reward" Soo thats about 2.2m of the 2.6m that wasn't even directly/intentionally bought (Bias included with the Avon Road partners but we know he only did that for some tax benefit for his real estate firm) 2nd screenshot is a timeline of his open market purchases... Only 140k shares he's purchased in history!!!!! That's crazy... also worth noting his last purchase was almost 2 1/2 years ago. The amount he spent on these open market purchases is only $216K peanuts.. His average purchase price is around $1.55/share. His shares lost about $164K of their value... peanuts to keep the shill up

$REKR September will come to a close with all eyes on the ‘profitability.’ If they cross into EBITDA positive, problems are solved.

$REKR imho REKR will renegotiate debt, get an extension from NASDAQ, have better than expected ER, and land a real contract ....goes on a bull run...guess you can call it the battle of bullrun...

$REKR $GETY $BYND I took a bath on REKR, GETY, & BYND this year, a BATH! Thank goodness for other positions, but gosh damn! This could have been an incredible year if it wasn't for 3 big losses in REKR, GETY, & BYND. Brutal! I feel everyone's pain who lost. I was very bullish on GETY especially. More accountability needs to be had with publicly traded companies, the SEC, and securities law. But ultimately, it's my fault for investing in speculation & penny's. Good luck all, always.

$REKR REKR up while NASDAQ down almost 400 points. Again, I think it is showing strength and is probably under accumulation by investors willing to take a risk; potentially high risk to high reward scenario playing out....the battle of bullrun...

$REKR the CEO Berman refused to join the shareholders meeting last week. Can’t get more disrespectful than that, it’s a big middle finger to shareholders that just want answers and no dignity to show up for the annual meeting. No wonder the shareholders gave Berman a middle finger right back by not voting. Hope Berman never finds another CEO job again. Berman is disgraceful 🤷🏼‍♂️

$REKR how would you rate this message from an REKR Insider? XXXX, These are difficult times for everyone, and I know there is a lot of uncertainty right now. I do believe that, as a company, we can work through this and come out in a better place. There is currently a lot of discussion around privacy and data sharing with ALPR. One thing that I think is important is that we do not collect, share, or manage our customers' data. As those conversations continue, I believe that distinction could become increasingly important to the future of ALPR and where Rekor fits in the industry. I’m a shareholder as well, so I understand the concern and uncertainty from that perspective. Even with everything going on, I still see a path forward and some light in the darkness. $REKR filed a complaint in Delaware court accusing former director of breaching fiduciary duty over its Dec 2025 financing.

$REKR damn shame, thought id enter 30 days after selling but just a tax harvest now. Officially taking this off my watchlist, good luck if ya still in the game here.

$REKR CEO Berman is another level of shady. price is fast approaching .20’s cents and will require 400% return just to get back to $1. Yet the CEO and BOD still refuse to buy their own stock at these prices. Tells us how they feel about protecting the stock price from collapsing. 🤷🏼‍♂️
