A recently published multidisciplinary review of $RVMD's daraxonrasib, a first-in-class pan-RAS inhibitor, highlights a weakness in the G12D setting. $RVMD Merck just paid SciBrunch Therapeutics 2.13 bil for a KRAS drug in phase1 trial. Knock knock. Revolution is way ahead in the race. Daraxon is already FDA approved and being prescribed plus they have several flankers in phase3. Revolution molecule targets a wider net of RAS mutations simultaneously. The Merck move is reassuring, kras/revolution has Huge potential.

$RVMD $VSTM im not sure how accurate these posts are about Daraxonrasib efficacy being weak in G12D compared to G12V, but if they are, ORR is not useless. You also cannot talk about OS when G12 was lumped together for the OS analysis and not separated by allele mutations. We’d have to see the difference in the OS curves for G12V and G12D to understand this more. However, if VSTM can demonstrate a better ORR for their G12D than Daraxonrasib, then there would be interest in that molecule from HCPs, especially since most of PDAC is G12D. The differentiation of VS-7375 to Zoldonrasib will be tolerability, so I am watching for that
