RWAX TAP Real Estate Technologies Inc

$RWAX — The team behind this company feels like a sleeping giant. It hasn’t performed the way many of us hoped so far, but if the company executes and momentum starts building, things could change quickly. Once this sleeper wakes up, it may be hard to catch. 🚀 #RWAX — the future of real estate. I’m looking forward to seeing what’s around the corner. Stay positive and stay tuned. 💪🏠

$RWAX .005 is doeable! I can say I don’t care if it goes any further! I’ll be happy with that. Who feels me? We have to FEEL that we have it before it becomes a reality 🙏

$RWAX $0.01 × 65B O/S = $650M market cap. Totally achievable if RWAX secures a few more major real-world asset tokenization deals. The market could start pricing in the ecosystem’s future potential well before significant revenue kicks in.

$RWAX $RWAX Build blocks are adding up! Yes, all the neigh sayers will speak about dilution but the rest of us know they operating capital to keep building. Do I love the dilution? No Do I understand it? Yes Will it be problematic going forward if handled well? No Keep rolling forward

$RWAX Just remember we are already millionaires in the quantum sense . You gotta feel it!

$RWAX traded its option agreement of acquiring the resort to Alpenhause Resort LLC in exchange for 2% equity stake in Alpenhause Resort LLC. Wasatch Springs is out Alpenhause is in. Anything to do with Wasatch Springs is unrelated to rwax and Alpenhause. - Alpenhause appears to have good financial backing. Alpenhause is currently paying for all the planned upgrades to resort that historically represents tens of millions in asset revenue and generates millions in annual revenue. Rwax will get 2% of that revenue - rwax is operating strictly as a contractor providing software and IT infrastructure. Alpenhause LLC retains 100% operational control managing the day-to-day hotel. - rwax made a decent deal. It received $132K back of purchase agreement plus 2% of whatever Alpenhause makes running resort. Which is more than $250K. Rwax stands to profit along with tokenization fees. rwax is trying to do the same thing to other properties. - rwax revenue should start trickling in

$RWAX While .04 cents is a deep reach... .01 cent is doable under the right conditions. Revenue needed does not change with the share count. Revenue is still whatever multiple the market is willing to pay for valuation (often roughly $150M–$400M for a typical business. 60B OS x .01 = $600M marketcap Typical Multiples & Revenues... 5x ~$120M revenue 8x ~$75M revenue 10x ~$60M or less revenue = approx. .01 cents.

$RWAX anybody buy more today? I only added $50 worth but it got my average just under 0.0002

$RWAX They just dumped 2 billion shares into OS. 500 millionish were absorbed yesterday and pulled out of no-bid in less than 24hrs. Im not the savviest of traders but it would appear rwax has some bullish resilience. Massive selling cannot push the price down for very long if at all. We all know that no matter how much is sold the price stays practically unaffected. This would suggest strong buying interest and/or accumulation underneath the surface. I can' t say for sure or if and when a breakout will happen but the ongoing odd training points to an entity that is not retail eating up the dumps. This entity whoever they are is slowly but surely accumulating a large position. 100 million shares here, 50 million shares there, 500 million plus shares. I am guessing this gradual accumulation will continue until the buyer has all they rwax they can take. Once that happens and they are done with their purchase its possible they let the ticker run. All speculation and my humble opinion.

$RWAX interesting volume today thus far. Is there a possibility of them billion buy days ahead?

$RWAX Junk just junk is what HUMBL is plain and simple. The onus is on HUMBL to SHOW us it can perform not on shareholders to keep clinging on to a pipedream and fantasy talk.

$RWAX How do we go from couple of confrence call to dead silence. Seems like something is cooking but sure if its good or bad. Guess time will tell. Hoping for good.

$RWAX Who needs revenues when you can just release a few billion shares to cover your expenses. Nothing like printing more lotto tickets for a measly $0.0001-$0.0002 🏧 All you need is $0.0001 and a dream.

$RWAX I miss those evening twitter spaces, pour a drink and listen to how good HMBL is moving along. Ahh the good old days.

$RWAX Same BS different ticker symbol. Brian’s playbook is to tout some tech buzzword as the new focused business model, and dilute the f*ck of people 👍🏼

The business model is strengthening. The plan is coming to fruition. The price will follow. Now for the constant talk amongst investors about “the possibility of” a Reverse Split I don’t believe RS is likely until the price naturally grows to a point where it makes sense for a potential uplist, which would mean we are at a min of $0.04 and a 1/100 RS puts us at $4. **Just my personal opinion** The STANDARD EXPLANATION of a Reverse Split oversimplifies the devastating cost to investors “You own fewer shares but at a higher price” disregards the REAL cost to investors RWAX is currently ~ .0002 A 1-for-100 reverse split where we trade would make the stock ~ $0.02 - which does nothing for $RWAX at this juncture. Take someone who owns 1 million shares purchased at an average of $0.01 After a 1-for-100 reverse split, they would have 10,000 shares — and the stock would need to climb to $1.00 per share just for them to get their original $10,000 investment back

$RWAX Because it's a scam. They can change the symbol a dozen times to try to give it a new life, but it is and always has been a scam.

$RWAX Blinded faithfuls are the reason they will dilute til the last drop. No reason to slow or stop.

$RWAX This ticker is one of the grand scams of retail investors. While reporting No Revenue, retailers made this clump of scum have a market valuation of 50 billion dollars. Today, the company still reports zero revenue, and Brian Foote doesn't even acknowledge his role in the scam on his LinkedIn profile. The entire point of these scams is to rob retailers. Stop giving your money away.

$RWAX STILL STILL STILL Yes, there may be a r/s. But the r/s needs to "greatly " benifit the company. Until that can be accomplished- no r/s Right now focus on additional flow of revenue and platform feature/technology advancement. A little more of company communication would help...
